Hotel Boutique Casa Altamira

The location was AMAZING, right in the heart of the historic center! And the receptionist was very helpful and kind. She knew our needs before we even asked, we wanted a bigger room and she asked us before we asked her. She was following us out to our Uber and said goodbye and winked to us when we left in the Uber! The room is big and clean, beautifully decorated and give a nice feel! Me and my boyfriend had a very nice stay there!

It could have been a bit stronger light in the rooms, and a little fridge in the room would be amazing! And maybe a breakfast option for someone who want to eat breakfast at the hotel.

Charming little boutique hotel in a great central location. Comfortable bed with good linens. Tasteful decor. Very value for the price.

Our room had no external windows, so it was quite dark. Also part of the lights above the bathroom sink was burned out, making the bathroom extra shadowy. The air conditioner needed service and made loud unexpected noises all night.

This is a sweet, small hotel very close to the historic centro, but off on a quiet side street. The staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating. The rooms are small, but have all you need.

I know TVs in rooms are necessary to get a certain rating from hotel orgs, but the large TV on the wall between the door and window was in the way and annoying.

If you're driving to the location, they have their own parking garage. They have few rooms which in this times is a plus. The location of the hotel is excellent, we could walk to both plaza de armas and plaza fundadores in minutes and there are many restaurants close by. The bathrooms are very clean and pretty. They offer free cofee and tea for guests.

Rooms are a little small, and one of our rooms had a slight smoking cigarette smell (but not so much that we couldn't stay in it).

This posada is clean and well managed. There is a furnished and hospitable courtyard for social gatherings, or just sitting alone to enjoy a cup of coffee. The rooms are comfortable and cheerfully decorated.

Breakfast is not served here, but there are many dining options nearby.

The experience was memorable in the hotel! the staff was so kind and very helpful to resolve any doubt or questions. The location is exceptional to reach to the main touristic points of Queretaro it is very close to lots or cool places to buy, to eat, close to the small theaters. The hotel was very comfortable, cozy and clean!

Beautiful place, very good located, walking distance to the historic center. Great customer service and parking! They can storage your luggage if you arrive early.

This hotel is very nice, very clean, location is good, not the best but is walking distance to all center key points. I loved the room and the Cleanliness and also has parking lot which is great.
