Plaza Camelinas Hotel

Beautiful hotel with beautiful garden areas, pool was small but heated which was great to be able to swim early before leaving. Little playground very convenient for family with kids. Rooms were very spacious and clean, beds were comfortable. The security manager was very kind and courteous, always making sure we have everything we need.

Little feedback, front desk agents could explained a little bit better about the hotel amenities, such as timing and location for the pool and breakfast, as well as explaining about the pool towels. Other than that, everything was great. An amazing stay.

is clean, good location, good breakfast

the room I got had a communicating door and I got surprised in the middle of the night by drunk guests as they opened the door. I would suggest adding some sound absorbing material or other solution as the door allows for the sound to travel and make it seem you are sleeping with the guests next door.

location, it didnt feel very safe to walk to the historic center late evening. orange juice during breakfast had a chemical/horrible taste, even they claimed it was fresh

Large room, squeaky but comfortable bed. Breakfast - we had the buffet once (it's 50 pesos extra) but we were so full that we had to have a lie down afterwards! Subsequently the American breakfast was plenty. Pool area is great, plenty of seating and a lovely lawn - rare for Mexico. This hotel also serves food and accommodates staff members from the nearby hospital, so if that bothers you then don't stay here. You can walk to the nearby mall in 5 minutes, and a 15 mins walk takes you to Wallmart/McDonald's. To get into the historic centre takes 30 mins walking, or 10 mins by Uber

It's on a busy road, not very pedestrian friendly, but it is possible to walk into town (approx 30mins) I had a beer by the pool after lunch and at 2230h they called me - I was in bed - demanding payment by the end of the day. Not sure why they couldn't just add it to my room tab.

Great place to stay while you’re in Querétaro.

The construction on the main highway makes the area a little difficult to access and move around in, but when it’s finished the area should be back to normal.

Restaurant service is best - love the Sunday AM buffet. Bed comfortable. Nice TV with Netflix.

Needs paint in the rooms. Cleaning staff SUPER annoying in the mornings to kick us out.

excellent hotel, quite cheap great service, heated pool and the gym is also great, not really expensive one of the cheapest with pool on queretaro. ask for a room in the upper floors if you want light

not walkable is sandwiched between highways, you need a cab to reach the center

Everything was great except the menu choices in the evening. Adequate but rather expensive would be my assessment. Included breakfast was above average. And the grounds and patio restaurant and service was excellent.

Very clean. The pool was amazing - warm water - and my kids loved it. Great restaurant service with good food. Room was comfortable. Shower perfect - lots of hot water with good soap and shampoo provided. Beautiful lobby!! Small store too. Secure covered parking with friendly attendants. Overall an amazing weekend.

Hard to find one complaint - but I’d upgrade the room window.
