We love that is so closed to downtown. Just around the block. Small hotel family owned. Super friendly and accommodating. The room was super clean and spacious. They provided a hair dryer and cloth iron. Good water pressure on the shower.
The breakfast times changes depending the day. Breakfast is basic but appreciate it. I thought the room has A/C but no. They have a tower fan and a mini version on the closet.

Proximity to city center is great, I always drive to Tequisquiapan, this hotel has a parking agreement with hotel Neptuno which is like 4 doors down. Beds are comfortable, soft, firmness is on a 7 of a 1-10 scale. Wifi is ok, I didnt run a speedtest on the last stay but it seemed to have a fiber optic modem. Great bargain if you don't mind walking up 1 or 2 levels of stairs. Water is hot. ElectricaI outlets next to bedstands (both sides). I prefer city center because when I go to Tequis I buy wines, cheese and other local products, I go the the vineyards for wine and the other products you can get at producer prices in the small stores in the city center.
Stairs, not sure if the elevator works or not, didnt even work the first time we visited in 2017. Only 1 mirror in the room, the bathroom with low lighting.

Bed was really comfortable and big, a lot of spacw, great price if you're traveling with two or three persons beside you.
Little maintenance details (cracked floor of the bathroom, broken w.c.). Diner was too small, we couldn't have breakfast there any of the days of our stay.
