The room was spacious, especially for one person. Although it was stuffy and warm and the bathroom had a strong smell of chlorine when I first entered, the air conditioning worked very well to cool and ventilate the room. The hotel provided towels, soap, and toilet paper. I also received good recommendations and information about the city and transportation when I asked.
There was no kitchen or utensils for cooking, which would have been nice to have, but it also says so in the description. As mentioned above, when i went in the room it was very stuffy and warm and the bathroom smelled of chlorine.

Room had 2 double beds by default so it travelling with more people this is very good value. The room is comfortable and so is the bathroom. Very near to where you want to be. Pretty comfortable here.
You need to have some Spanish to communicate upon check in (or use apps I guess).

The hotel is nice and close to the Centro. It has a nice garden in the courtyard.
The staff had no record of my reservation despite my having email confirmation. The room was dirty - hair on the floor. The tv didn't have a remote control. Staff didn't respond to emails or phone calls prior to my arrival. No pick up from El Chepe offered. No DVD player as was specified in advertising.
