Ibis Hermosillo

I absolutely adored the beds at the hotel! They were incredibly comfortable and provided the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. The plush bedding and soft pillows made for a truly luxurious sleep experience. I was genuinely impressed by the attention to detail and the effort the hotel put into ensuring their guests' comfort. Overall, the beds were definitely a highlight of my stay.

I'm pleased to say that everything during my stay was absolutely fine. I couldn't find anything to dislike about my experience. The hotel provided a wonderful and comfortable environment, and the services were top-notch. From the amenities to the staff's hospitality, everything exceeded my expectations. It was truly a memorable stay with no negative aspects to mention.

Everything was great. Easy access, secure parking, good food in the restaurant.

The room needed some maintenance. There were holes in the ceiling and the shower pan was soft. It felt like it might give way, possibly dry rot underneath. Also, the pet fee was a lot more than I expected at 300 pesos per dog. We have two dogs, one is a medium sized dog (Beagle) and one is a Chihuahua and had to pay a pet fee for each dog even though the room would only need special cleaning or attention one time. Please comsider charging just one pet fee per room, or a smaller fee for the second dog.

The room was super-clean, larger than most Ibis rooms, and almost always very quiet. (Part of the reason for the quiet was that the hotel is in an area full of government buildings that were fairly quiet during the day but even quieter in the evenings after the buildings closed.) It was an easy 10 or 15-minute walk to the cathedral and other city-center locations. The breakfast buffet was creative, delicious, and different every day (the soupy Mexican-style breakfast beans, fruit, juices and cold cereals were the same).

A couple of the staff members were a bit cold and distant, but others were warm and friendly.

I booked this hotel for the location, and the price. Breakfast was included. The rooms were a little small, but it was perfect for my daughter and I. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was fine. Big towels and HOT water.

There wasn’t any internet. I asked receptionist about it, and she basically said that’s the way it is, and continued to check in the next person.

The hotel is easy to reach. The beds are very comfortable, and the room even though it is a bit small, is well designed to not feel packed. The internet speed is great, I didn't notice any lag in the minor work that I had to do there. In the kitchen, the breakfast is also decent and good.

The size of the room is a bit small, but they manage to handle it with a good design of the rooms. In general, not that much to complain about a Hotel where you might need to arrive at sleep and do some minor work.

Staff is great. Friendly and helpful. Delicious b’fast choices! Very clean and easy stay.

My husband is an early riser and was downstairs when the restaurant opened. He said the music was blasting and very unpleasant for an early morning coffee and breakfast. Totally inappropriate. For morning it would be better to have no music at all.

The bed is comfortable and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. They easily checked me into my room. There was a minor issue with the first room, but they quickly resolved the issue by putting me into another room.

The bathroom is a little outdated. The lighting in the bathroom is very rough. It's a harsh white shop-lighting that isn't comfortable to they eyes. The fixtures are also a little old and need to be replaced.

Great Customer Service. The front desk gentlemen were so helpful and answered any questions or doubts we had. I would highly recommend this hotel. Great Price too.

very clean and comfortable. Tasty and generous breakfast buffet! The friendly service by Yusef in the restaurant was very welcoming. We return to your property in part because of him. The chief cook Veronica is also a bonus to enjoy her cooking for our dinner!

The room was extremely cold! We had to sleep with an extra blanket and towel on our heads to keep warm. The AC was off in the room. The staff informed us there was nothing they could do.
