The room was simple and clean with all of the basic necessities. They had a very nice pool that was nice to swim in.
The male workers at the reception were very dry and not very inviting. They took care of my needs, but had no smile and weren't very personable. The restaurant and bar also were only open from the morning to mid-afternoon. Why advertise a bar if it isn't open in the evening? The bed was comfortable but only had a sheet. It is always warm in Veracruz, but since each room is air conditioned it can get cold. You have to ask for a blanket to sleep warmer.

Superb location facing the main street with beautiful beach scenery.
At the time of checking in our rooms were not near one another. One room given was extremely hot and with poor ventilation (suffocating) After staff realized a pre-charge for a day had been received to secure reservations. The rooms were almost near to each other. The restaurant was under remodeling, which we were not advised of at the time of reserving our stay.

Good Location, recently renovated facilities, easy access, decent Restaurant open all day with a lot of variety. Breakfast goes until 12.30, is not pricey at all, and is tasty. Café on the premises as well. In general, good value for money, especially in the area compared with other big Hotel Groups nearby.
The cleanliness of the maids could be a bit better, if you have a room right beside you, one can hear almost everything, the walls are pretty thin. No Chairs or Tables on the balcony.
