I can't say only one thing I like... Everything was special, it was my mother's birthday and I mentioned it while booking my room. The room was prepared, a little card for my mom and a special cake delivered to our room.. thank you for everything .. The staff were very nice and professional ( Special thanks to Mohamed, my mom was happy with his warmness ).. I couldn't ask for a better stay.. Thank you Michlifen resort and golf

Hotel has beautiful location and big territory , nice view and very good design . it also has big swimming pool , gym and spa . Good restaurants inside . Rooms are clean and terrasse is nice with a view for forest

just small things what service forget to put at hotel room . like glasses for water , and when you asked , they also forget to bring you . We were waiting long time for dessert in restaurant, and we ordered before , to not wait because we were with small child .

Staying in Switzerland while being in Morocco has been quite something ! Thanks for the upgrade to suite, which was very spacious and comfortable. Very good food at both restaurants we visited for dinner. Very big indoor swimming pool - definitely a bonus. Professional staff. Would highly recommend this resort as an alternative to staying in Fez. Visiting Fez from Ifrane for a day was very easy and the contrast between the two only added to our great experience of Morocco.

Very beautiful ambience, couple friendly and superb service. Everyone is very nice and makes you feel welcome especially front desk. I would highly recommend. Very friendly management who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, rooms are magnificent, ask for forest views, they have charming forest in the resort, ask front desk to arrange lunch in the resort forest,

location, cleanliness and atmosphere

I bought an ice cream from the bar in front of swimming pool and the whole hotel kept calling my room and following me to pay the amount telling me that I have no credit on my room while I already paid a deposit. such a thing was just not professional at all. even at time of check out a guy run into my room and opened the room with master key to the check the mini bar while we still inside the room. I was surprise how a 5 stars hotel do this. it completely ruined the experience

Most of things

1- The staff in kids club are not welcoming the parents no a single word if you do not ask them , it is like they do not like their job. They could do better specially for guiding the kids and letting them liking to stay in the club instead of calling the parents at each time to collect their kids . 2- Another thing there is no lifeguard in the swimming pools. 3 - there no tennis coach. Felt like we were dropped into a Swiss Chalet. The decor and details were so perfect and the room was fantastic with a full soaking tub and two bathrooms (which was helpful with two people getting ready). the hotel was really clean and the outdoor area was magical, between waterfalls, goats with hay to feed, a garden, etc. and the restaurant was delicious and so scenic.

not the fault of the hotel, but it seems very child friendly so if you’re looking for that…great. For us, wanting to relax, the serenity of the pool and outdoor areas (and at times in the room itself) was dampened by a near constant screaming child and another who was splashing and spitting into the pool.

the bar area I believe it’s most be for adults only as there a lot of kids noise! at least if the management make the time from 9 pm fit adults only to make the place more chill and comfortable for adults relaxing also there is no nonsmoking area and the smoke very much some time it’s reduced the comfort of enjoyment of band and bar

The lounge area is spacious and luxurious, the live music was great, the staff were attentive. The hammam was a fabulous experience- the space is exceptional and the staff were perfect. we would return to Ifrane just to do this again!
