exceptional stay! The hotel matched the description perfectly, the location was ideal, and the staff, especially Soufian, was extraordinarily accommodating. Soufian stood out with his ability to anticipate our desires, making our stay unforgettable. His hospitality revealed the true beauty of the hotel and Oujda. Soufian even metaphorically turned water into wine, making dreams come true. I almost every night dream of that magical time by the pool, where Soufian seemed to walk on water. An experience that exceeded expectations and touched hearts. Soufian, we love you!

The staff are amazing ,very helpful ,I am writing to let you know how much I appreciate the outstanding customer service that your staff Mohammad Amine in the reception has provided. He has always been very attentive and helpful. His kind gesture and hospitality has always been beyond satisfaction. I truly feel like a guest and not just a customer so hats of to your team. The price is so high ,looks more like 3 or 4 stars ,

being in different countries around the word, including some famous hotels. my family experience with the Atlas Terminus & Spa hotel was one of the best : staff always smiling, trying to help, very professional. keep it like this thank you for upgrading our stay to 2 ambassadors suites in place of the 2 originally booked rooms.

facility with great localization and all the required features , may require some maintenance

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! From the luxurious amenities to the impeccable service, my experience was beyond expectations.Special thanks to Fadwa, Taoufik, and Abdulsamed for their outstanding hospitality, they truly made my stay memorable. Highly recommend!

Gym less machines

The hospitality offered by the staff at Atlas Terminus and Spa was second to none. I received an exceptional upgrade of which was great. Every service in the hotel was very good, staff was very welcoming, helpful and so nice. I would love to say big thank you to Mr Reda, Ms Meriem and especially to Ms Najat and Mr Nizar for their wonderful hospitality. The best thing about traveling to Oujida was staying at this hotel. I would highly recommend a true Moroccan highlight.

Sofiane at reception & Driss (security officer) were absolutely exceptionally excellent at all levels of customer service. They were truly exemplary in every sense and at all levels. We have never experienced any better service anywhere in the world.

Everything was excellent and perfect

The staff were friendly . Especially Soufiane, this guy made everything easy for me , and was very helpful . He is the reason why I keep coming back everytime.

I didn't like the fact that Soufiane is not working 24/7.

Both Reda and Sufian were great hosts for my wife and I.

Small detail, but the shower head was wonky, (only sprayed horizontally when not handheld), but other than that a great stay.
