The Building is new. When I walked in, the Staff/receptionists here warmest welcomes tourists and were helpful to us. For this cost I think it's pretty reasonable for cleanliness, needless to say, it's flawless for me, and I'd really love it (if I compare it with some hotels that I used to stay at in Yangon). The location is pretty good, you can walk to Botataung Pagoda, and walk out at night time around Pagoda & Strand Road beside Yangon River.
Breakfast is normal but it's not bad if I compare it with other hotels in Yangon. This thing is not actually that I don't like it. It's ok for me.

The location of the hotel is not far from downtown and not too busy. It is a safe area.
We can hear the guests from other room making noises by bangging the door in the middle of the night. This is not the hotel fault. This is the fault of other guests who don't care about others.

the room was quite comfortable, although the room was small, but was upto my expectation. the staff was very friendly. the roof top bar had an excellent view from the top all Muslim restaurants were very close nearly on walking distance
