Andorra Motel

Impressed with the amenities. The room has everything you need. It's also very tidy and comfy. Staffs also very friendly.

Our neighbours were quite loud all night, only stopped for a couple of hours during the dawn. They seemed to have a gathering or something with a number of people leaving the door opened. I know it's not the motel's fault but I wonder if anything could be done at all to make sure the other guests have a nice rest (at least past midnight). We're a bit too scared to contact the owners to let them know, fearing the neighbour guests would get angry at us (several of them, and just two of us).

Geraldine is a lovely little town. A very good place to stop for a night or two. We spent longer there than we expected as it was just a pleasure to walk around a nice little town. The motel room was probably the biggest room we stayed in during our 3-week holiday. Spotlessly clean, and completely quiet as it's well back from the road. Very easy to find: look for the flags! It had a full-size kitchen, so we ate in in the evening and then went into town for breakfast and a wander about. Even a swimming pool (small, but nevertheless very welcome after a hot day).

Can't fault it. A perfect stay.

easy to find and plenty of parking room. Was quiet location- had a pool. Close to a dairy for extra food. Close to greeen areas to eat fast food at a table and bench or have a picnic. Good sized room. New shower and had amazing pressure. Good signage.

toilet space is narrow. No shelf in shower for soap or shampoo. It would be handy to have all 4 pillows out on the bed so they were aired and able to be used. The extra one was in a cupboard.

Loved the retro feel to the room. The room was huge, with a separate kitchenette, bathroom, and toilet. The bed was super comfy. The staff friendly and welcoming. Suggestions for walks nearby, herb garden you can use if you choose to cook. Friendly little dog who welcomes a pat if you are missing yours 🐶. Great value for money, and we would absolutely recommend it.

The rooms are a bit dated but very comfortable, with good space and in a setting away from road traffic. The village is only a short walk away, via the walkway thru the charming small riverside gardens.

Brendan and Sally were warm, friendly and helpful hosts. The motel units were spotlessly clean and quiet and everything was in good working order. It was a short walk to Geraldine’s great eateries and shops. It was a bonus to be able to take a dip in the motel pool on a hot day. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend.

Nothing I can think of

The stay was excellent, the hosts went out of their way to assist and welcome me. I was running a little late and the hosts rang me, to ensure I was OK, they then prepared my room and turned on Sky TV so I could arrive and watch the All Blacks give the Aussies a good hiding!

Lots of living space, comfortable, clean

kitchen bench space could have been bigger. We paid in full at the beginning of our stay at reception and then when we left we had a phone call saying they were trying to charge our card as though they had no record of payment which was a bit frustrating.

Thanks for the loan of umbrellas for our walk in the rain to see the town

Better lighting in the main bed/sitting room would make it better. (Just the one central light) Thought that a light over the table would be an improvement when sitting at the table for reading or writing etc.

Had a lovely overnight stay and was so impressed that even though it is an older motel, it has been painted and new carpets etc, nice furniture, extremely well equipped kitchen. Spotless and clean and so quiet where our unit was. Will definitely be back next time we travel. Thank you for a lovely stay.
