The location had every facility around, restaurants, pharmacy, household stuff, etc.
No mats inside the apartment. No dental kit provided As per 2 BHK apartments, utensils should be at least for 4 people which were not available. So I struggled there.

The price was good and the location .. it was very quiet.. the guys on the reception were very kind.
The guy who does housekeeping got Always angry when I order room clean .. I just order each 2 days to Change the towels, one day he screamed to me and told me I should stop it ..I didn’t tell that to reception .. I understand that they got much paid but we should keep respect to each other .. worker and Guest .

Very helpful and welcoming staff. A bit of a distance away from the centre but easy access to shops, restaurants and services and Mwasalat to the centre. Comfy bed and very spacious room.
Some odd smells but it is tolerable.

Great location, near by all necessities. Spacious apartment, helpful staff. All amenities available which were needed during our stay. Open air parking was always available. Centrally located in Salalah

Despite the out of the way location, if you have a car it is perfect. Parking is no problem, restaurants and supermarket nearby. the hotel is spotlessly clean, staff are very friendly and good ambiance.

Good, friendly staff. Safe stay.
During booking time, I requested something to the kitchen. But they did not provide. I enquire regarding that to the staff, they said it's only for the suit room. I booked the room for quarantine purpose. So please mail to the guest if u can't provide anything prior to their arrival. So they can change their room according to their wish.
