The staff was very nice and accommodating. There's a coffee machine in the lobby, and I didn't realize it charged a coin. The front desk clerk scurried over and kindly inserted a coin. Also, there appeared to be a lot of executive management around. They seemed to be encouraging some extra attention to the facilitis. The concrete pool deck was scrubbed with an electric machine and was much much brighter afterward. The manager offered praise to the rwo women, and they deserved it. Looked really nice! Great, hardworking staff and dedicated caring managers seeking to continuously improve. .

It wasn't a dislike, but the breakfast buffet was just okay. Don't get me wrong, i appreciated it being included, but it was nothing great.

I really only have good things to say about this hotel. It's the second time I've stayed here on work visits. The staff are friendly, helpful. They let us check in 3 hours early, which they really didn't have to, and we were so grateful. The breakfast is ample and pretty tasty. The pool is great. The room is huge and bed super comfy. And the bath in the bathroom is a real bonus!

The traffic around the hotel at rush hour is pretty bad, and it can take much longer than ideal to get back to the hotel at these times, which was slightly annoying for us sometimes. I found the restaurant food a little over-priced and not THAT tasty compared to what you can get in local restaurants (although I really loved the breakfast).

Hotel with great structure, clean, good breakfast, comfortable room.

But due to lack of communication I was charged twice for an additional transfer service I had hired. On arrival I paid for the stay and transport service and on the way out I paid for the consumption and for the return transport, but when I arrived at the place the driver charged me again, when I informed him that I had already paid, we called the reception who said that I had not paid out. As I paid in cash I didn't have the receipt and had to pay again. Even though it was a small amount ($20) it was an unnecessary inconvenience that would make me consider staying at this hotel again.

The place is great! Great rooms, comfortable, good services like sauna, pool, and massages. Great breakfast at the morning. It's one of the best options for your money.

Its located in the new Financial Neighborhood, you will be near of two shopping centers, have restaurants near, but if you travel for tourism, maybe it's too far away from old city center and you must rent a car to displace because taxi cars are too expensive, or use some app to displace instead

The property is very comfortable and very clean. We had at the restaurant received great food in service but when we checked into the property we weren't received very well. I had to ask to be helped and then the service provider didn't really talk that much just here you go that's it

The check in and the power went off short times like a minute or two or seconds throughout the day throughout our visit, this was inconvenient

This hotel is of exceptional comfort and quality. Paraguyan staff is very friendly, Hotel's amenities are of highest standard whether we talk about food quality or spa programmes - everything is very well thought of. Very clean and comfortable units, excellent location make this hotel one of the best in class in South America.

It would be great if the hotel could add fish at breakfast.

Very accommodating staff, allowed us to do an early check-in after a long-flight over, and had a perfect room ready for us. Gym facilities and pool area were well kept, as well as a good breakfast buffet service. Excellent location, near downtown and minutes away from the airport.

Didn't find the business center to be quite as complete as would have needed, but should suffice for light-work. Room-service becomes rather slow in the evenings due to business, and quality of the food at that time isn't as good.

Almost perfect. The personal is very friendly and professional, rooms are clean, pool, gym on 15th flore with a wonderful view, localisation near to shopping mall - I highly recommend this hotel for people who value quality. Thanks a lot!

Sauna didn't work , so we couldn't use it and the breakfast can have a little bit more hot dishes to serve .

The hotel check in and reception staff were excellent. Very patient and helpful and answered my many questions. There was ample parking under the hotel. The rooftop pool are was quite lovely and relaxing. I had dinner at the hotel and it was quite good, and the included buffet breakfast was much appreciated. In a great location and at a wonderful price, the room was spacious and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if I returned for another visit.

Cleaning staff was always greeting and smiling, great people! Breakfast is excellent and so was the room. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom big and the views from window great. Roof-top pool is an absolute highlight of this hotel. While checking out two days later, there was an English speaker at the reception. They helped me with my covid test by recommending good labs in Asuncion. Location is good if needed to stay near airport and two huge malls.

Check-in took way too long time as I had to wait 20 minutes in the line. They did not speak English while checking in. The wall in my bathroom, next to the sink, was very dirty. Hotel locates very far from the city center.
