The room is actually better than on the photos - clean and comfortable with everything needed. Private terrace outside is a huge bonus, especially the fact that you can hang and dry your clothes there. Wifi is really fast, staff is friendly and helpful, free water in the cooler available, bed is comfy. Neighborhood is calm, you won't hear the road or any traffic noises. Close to the restaurants and main downtown area - 3-5 minutes walk.

There're kids (probably they live in the hotel area) who start playing and screaming around 7-8AM each morning, which makes it impossible to sleep without the earplugs on. All the outlets in the room have unusual socket type (haven't seen it anywhere before), without the adaptor you won't be able to charge your devices. Staff kindly provided me one adaptor on request however unfortunately for 3 devices it wasn't enough. There were many ants in the bathroom, especially in the electricity socket. Would be nice if staff would disinsect area each time while cleaning the room.

Its very nice place to stay. It was quiet and not so crowdy as next door, very close well known hostels. I can definitelly recommend this accomodation. Aircondition was good and shower with hot!cold water was well working. Definitelly plus in Philipines.

The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. We were able to take a shower after we had checked out. Sheets and towels could be changed after request. Whole place felt safe and even though close by restaurants/night life very quiet.

No place to hang out outside, relatively small room but sufficient for short term stays.

great location close to everything but not in busy zone, set back from the road, and across the road from the beach. the garden is a feature and creates a pretty and gentle scene. rooms are a good size and clean and cool. property is run by a lovely family. they are friendly and helpful to book tours and transport etc.

Great location near the walking street but still quiet inside the room. Very comfortable bed. Powerful hot shower

I’m not sure if anyone worked there as we never had any interactions with the staff, so we were on our own to book tours and activities

They have coffee in the morning. It is very quiet. The family with the kids were often around, it was nice!

Some ants in the bathroom only, but it wasn't that bad.

Good value for money. Not fancy but good value accommodation. Clean and close to the down town area with restaurants etc. Wifi worked well.

A few mosquitoes around at dusk. Garden is a bit gungy.
