Privato Quezon City - Multiple Use Hotel

The room was nice and spacious, the view was awesome, the WiFi was great, the A/C worked well. All in all a very good room. The neighborhood also seemed nice, there is a 7 Eleven and a bunch of restaurants nearby.

There was quite a bit of noise from the hallway. The staff used walkie-talkies to communicate which was rather loud. The bathroom had see-through doors which created some interesting experiences. The drain in the shower was almost clogged, so there was a lot of water on the floor. It wasn't possible for us to have a late check-out due to hotel policies, so we needed to book another night in order to stay.

On a one night stay over. Access is easy. Staff are friendly. Room was comfortable and view was excellent (my baby daughter spent ages looking down on the city watch the world go by). Beds were very comfortable. Parking was free and easy to get from parking to room via lifts. Security very good. It was New Years Eve and views of fireworks ftom the room and roof area very memorable. Small pool are on roof was nice.

Only negative points were. The TV had a banner going accross it which IT and maintenence couldn't fix making watching TV very annoying. There was no food options in hotel which I thought was very bad force hotel in peak season and new year.

No complaints about the room, it was clean and cozy at the same time, spacious enough to do my daily floor exercises. The rooftop pool was a bonus. I just needed to inform the staff ahead of my time of usage to avoid crowding and to follow health protocols. Appreciate the way the staff was accommodating to my requests.

Though they had a no pets policy on the premises, they were kind enough to let my maltese puppy linger in the outdoor parking area for a while. The guards on duty were reasonable and considerate of my predicament. I had my puppy stay at a pet hotel overnight.

The staff was very friendly! The hotel is situated near so many restaurants, so there's a lot to choose from in terms of meal options! The room was clean, and the beds were very comfy.

The Smart TV's Youtube and mirror screening were very slow, even after asking one of the staff to reset the internet for the room (which is built into the TV). The breakfasts were just okay.

even if the hotel was on quarantine mode, it was very well organized. room is very spacious and comfortable. the staff of the hotel were very responsive and helpful.

too bad the view of the window of the room was a HUGE cement wall of the next building. the hotel was in quarantine mode so i understand the gloom of the place. i could have been luckier i should have requested for a room with some sunshine coming in. being stuck in a room for 5 days is not a joke. the hotel does not separate its trash. ( plastics vs wet etc et c) you must ask for amenities or they will not give it to you ( shampoo, soap, etc.) the cleaning people in the corridor were SO NOISY they were annoying every morning. they should be supervised not to talk soooo loud to each other, they seem to be shouting at each other from one end of the corridor to the other, EVERYDAY

I like the location as it is near St Luke’s Hospital . was bot able to check the pool area unfortunately. it is very near 7-11 convenience store and restaurants. Bed was very comfortable.

My needs for this trip which was really to watch someone at the nearby hospital so hotel served its purpose for me on this trip, so nothing.

i love the beds, they’re comfy and pillows are not to soft. Good size room 25sqm for a couple and small kid during quarantine. Hot showers & strong water pressure. Staff were excellent, they’d check on you once in a while to see if you have any needs or complaints. We asked for extra towels and they were ok with it.

food could be better. But not the hotels fault coz its from a third party company. First few days food was great, then it just went downhill in the following days.

The place is really clean and the staff are really nice. The room doesn’t feel cramped, and everything seems like well-maintained. The picture they provided are accurate to the actual place.

Food. They only serve breakfast, and the food is not good at all. Good thing they’re surrounded with tons of restaurants.

Location is very accessible. Bed is super comfy. Room is just right. Staff is accommodating.

Limited parking - good I was able to get the last space. Food is limited but you can do takeouts from nearby merchants. Bath towel is old, could have longer towels. While breakfast is good, options are limited.

We love the place, the staff are excellent, the check in was a breeze

Maybe they can do something about the exposed construction on the roof deck pool. It’s an eyesore especially when youre taking a photo from the rightside most of the pool area. But all in all excellent
