Floor not properly clean: area of kitchenette sticky. A bit too hard the mattress. Food: prices of food on the menu very different from real payment (for example breakfast 23/12/21: I asked egg and bread, I received egg and bread, on the menu 85.00 + 50.00, instead I was charged 445.50!).

Before we arrived, communications with the reservation and frontdesk officers were pleasant and satisfying. Thankful that they upgraded our room, so no claustrophobia. Staff are generally nice, courteous and helpful, a gem to be cherished. Good and thoughtful housekeeping service. Since we were under quarantine, aside from the basics they provided everything we needed . Overall our stay was very comfortable.

Table tops, cabinets and bathtub are dusty/dirty. Wonder who the contractor was - The tiles finishing was really rough. Sometimes the toilet tank doesn't properly save water and something is wrong with the flushing mechanism. Don't know how to adjust the wrong time on the bedside clock. The towels given later were old and torn.

The Location is very convenient with all the things we need are just around, specially restaurants, mini grocery, park where we can walk. And mostly the Staff are amazing. They’re making it sure that we are well accommodated and they take good care all our needs😇

I Booked for 1 bedroom apartment and I’m quite disappointed Coz I can’t use the kitchen and no cookware can be found. even microwave oven. I was expecting that I can cook our own breakfast or we can make our food hot but that’s quite surprising coz what’s the used of the cooking range.. Thats the only issue I’m disappointed with😔

Their staff were accommodating, friendly and professional. Thank you to Sir Jerome and the security to whom I forgot to ask his name. Upon checking in it was hassle free as long as you prepared their simple requirements that they requested prior to you stay. My husband and I love the room because it was so comfortable.

The trash can is so small 😁 They need to provide a bigger one for the kitchen area. There was no washing machine which was present in the photos of the room.

I appreciate how the photos posted for the rooms were pretty accurate. The staff were polite and accommodating. I loved how nearby the Saturday market was to this hotel.

I was not fond of how the shower/ tub was designed; there was no curtain or door type covering for it just a foot wide slab of glass to kind of guard the water from splashing out. I thought this was very dangerous, so getting in and out of the tub was complicated for my father. So I don't suggest this hotel for elderly guests.

1. The Staff. They listen to your requests and needs and will offer you options to best accommodate them. They are very friendly, too! 2. The WiFi. Steady at 90+mbps. 3. The Location. It is very close to convenience stores and fastfood restaurants. 4. Their Policies. They might sound too strict but it only shows that they care more about their guests' welfare.

Though there's housecleaning every 2-3 days, I think the hotel must provide basic cleaning materials such as broom and dustpan, rags, dishwashing liquid, sponge etc in their rooms. Not all guests can feel comfortable having an untidy room until housekeeping arrives.

The employees are awesome! Very friendly, respectful and eager to please. They were also knowledgeable about the surrounding area, specifically alternative dining options from what the hotel offered and things to see in the area such as malls, museums, etc. I stayed in a suite which had a large separate bedroom with comfortable queen size bed. The suite also had a small kitchen area with a refrigerator, kettle and hotplate. A set of cups, dishes and silverware were provided. However no pots or pans to cook with. The bathroom was spacious, clean and provided towels were of good quality. The price I paid through Booking.com was an amazing deal for the room I had. Of the three hotels I stayed at during my 14 days in the Philippines, this was by far the best and I highly recommend it to my fellow westerns. Located in the financial district (that's what I was told) the area is very clean compared to other parts of metro Manila, with shopping, dining and other attractions close to the hotel.

I'm happy to say, there's is nothing I didn't like.
