The pool was dirty.

I like the weather condition, the staff was very accomodating and the location is excellent.

The food is a bit pricey and the rooms is not well maintained (the toilet flush is not working).

we did not order breakfast but they allow us to cook without corkage

The location was exceptional. Crowd was not that large given that it was a busy weekend. The staff were really nice and very considerate with our requests since we have a toddler with us. When we arrived, there were little issues with the room but they did their best to fix it right away. Some of the food that we ordered was really good. We highly recommend the Shrimp Pad Thai ❤

Food and other beverages aside from water are not allowed for hotel guests but allowed for day tour guests (who rented out cottages instead of rooms) and I am confused by that rule. So hotel guests will be forced to eat at hotel's restaurant. Food there was hit and miss. There were good options but we find it too expensive.

i like that it’s really close to the beach. restaurants are a short walk on the beach. they also have a offer water activities, i.e. jet ski, banana boat, etc, which conducted by a third party.

the restaurant’s food were amazing. but a bit pricey and yet they don’t accept credit cards. there are nearby atms in the area. also the place has poor wifi connection.

The staffs are very accomodating. You will not see them in frawn faces. They are smiling all the time. All amenities are functioning well. Foods are excellent!!!!

On the last 5 hours of our accomodation, lost of electric occured but this is because of the typhoon. The generator supports the water tank so we even managed to shower on our room before check out. Kuddos to the team!

Every person is fine and the location is on the beach.

When I checked into and was taken to my room there were no amenities, not even a towel and one was never brought. An hour before check out I asked again for a towel and still nothing was brought. So its either very poor service or they just dont want to provide a towel, soap, shampoo , TP. I mentioned it to the staff on checkout. The girls been werking 10 years there. She was not surprised. Did not apologize

the rooms' airconditioning could be better. it was summer and the ac is not functioning well. In room 31 - there is no bidet, the shower is not working properly, the toilet flush is broken.

Spacious, clean rooms and bathrooms. Decor a bit dated but almost back in fashion (retro;-)). Good A/C and fan. Fridge & TV in room. Great location and direct on the beach.

Our neighbors😉🤣. One had TV on full blast till late after midnight and the other one starting chatting & smoking at 5 am🙄🙄🙄. Isolation not great so you hear everything.

The location and the service was unsurpassed. The entire staff was so nice and pleasant and eager to make us comfortable. And particularly, I would like to commend Jennifer at the reception desk for all her assistance and patience with the customer from hell. Ha ha

The bedding could’ve been a little better. Although very comfortable the pillows were chunky.
