Perfect location, very close to bay wall, restaurants and shopping mall All reception people are very friendly and very helpful

No reply to any questions asked though Booking.com nor direct emails to the property, when booking.com made several calls to the property on my behalf no one pick up the call. In case you need to arrange anything with the hotel, like an airport transport or any last minute changes is better to stay away from this hotel

I like that I am guessing the owner really wants to make people staying at his hotel happy, this includes free pick ups from the airport , sandwiches in the morning if your flight is very early. Very big bath tub and spacious shower. Excellent quality food on menu which in my opinion meets the western standards. Attitude of people working there seem to be good as well. I definitely recommend this place.

If you are light sleeper better request in advance for room on the bay side view. The traffic isn’t really that loud but I knew a few people in my lifetime who would wake up even with a tinniest sound. Secondly, not sure why the standard black tea wasn’t available?

Value for money. I got the best deals for the room rate per night. Thank you Booking.com for all the discounts! If it weren’t for you, I wouldn’t be able to enjoy a spacious room, with tub, and balcony. And breakfast buffet! Staff are so friendly, from security guards, to wait staff, and front desk. Shout out to Jilianne (not sure if I got the spelling right) who was so accommodating from the night we arrived. Hotel is just beside a grocery and just across the wet and dry market where you can buy stuff you need or pasalubong like dried fish, dried squid, cashew nuts, which are more way affordable compared to souvenir shops. Walking distance from baywalk. Near to everything. We will stay here again should we need to go back to PPS. Hotel is definitely recommendable!

The only downside was the air conditioning. It turns off automatically probably thrice but their maintenance arrives quickly to fix it. Also, we hope they can respond to our advance inquiries via chat or call.

Staff are warm...especially to the res. mgr Ms Tan, i would love to take my hat off she is doing great. She is very approachable and making an effort to show that guests are attended well.

When myself and my husband first came in to the room there are german roaches running all over the place esp in the bathroom and room odors of dust..thank you for the rapid action of transferring us to a comfortable room.

My wife and I stayed in the 'Deluxe Double Room'. Room - Clean and spacious with lots of natural light, a balcony and a good view across the bay. Staff - Polite, courteous and helpful. Services - We were able to order room service for dinner and were provided with a free airport transfer upon our departure.

Breakfast - Although there was a self-service buffet, it had limited options that lacked the quality expected of a hotel of this nature.

Room was big. A/C was cool. Buffet breakfast was ok. Clean rooms. Staff were courteous and helpful. Good view, especially the roofdeck. Had dinner at their restaurant, and we had plenty of leftovers. We asked if they could re-heat them for our lunch the following day, and they gladly accommodated our request. Gave us free transport to the airport. Highly recommended.

Small pests such as tiny cockroaches that despite the fact that the rooms are very clean, this inconvenience is not very good to see inside the rooms, what happened may be a separate case but I would advise having better control of it.

This hotel is stunning! We all had the sea view rooms and they were just perfect. Amazing breakfast too. We also booked our tour to the underground river here which was a brilliant trip.

The only small bad thing, we had to buy bottles of drinking water from the reception once we'd drunk our two complimentary bottles in our rooms.

Very convenient and close to airport for overnight stopover. Free transfers to airport. Staff friendly and helpful and booked onward travel for us. Large modern clean comfortable room.

Location is just a few minutes walk away from the market, a mall and the bay walk. Facilities and amenities are complete and the rate was a bargain considering it included buffet breakfast. Staff are very friendly and helpful!
