the place is nice and the staff is so helpful and accomodating, especially the staff in the restaurant Dekada. They are very prompt and attentive to your needs. The hotel interiors are warm.and welcoming..I like the decorations and bible quotations displayed on the various parts of the hotel. The hotel pool was a bit cold as it was already late in the afternoon when we had a swim but there's a warm jacuzzi to relax and get lazy. The hotel rooms are clean and massive! the beds are comfy and the terrace is a nice place to chill and relax. I also like their special letter addressed to their room guests. overall stay is great and i would love to stay again.

wifi signal is a bit tricky. they gave me various codes to key in to connect to wifi but nothing worked.

Location is good. The place is nice & breakfast is good.

I should have given above expectation with the staff from the day we arrived until we checked out but the guard on duty that time was not helpful at all. He saw that me & my husband has a lot of stuff & bags carrying out to put in our car with 2 kids (a toddler), he just look at us knowing that I already drop one of the bag that I've been carrying. He don't even bother helping us. From the day we arrived the staff & guards helped us & make sure we are safe except from the guard on duty the time we checked out.

We really liked the accessibility of the pool and common areas since it was located in the middle of the property. The rooms were also clean and the whole place was decorated for the holidays so it looked extra cozy. The location of the property allows you to explore nearby establishments at night. They also have a cafe and restaurant if you just want to stay in.

We didn't like that we have to find the room by ourselves. Considering that we weren't assisted with our bags, we had to lug our stuff around while figuring out our room's location. We also told the front desk that our room phone was not working (considering that we are quite far from the reception, it was really inconvenient whenever we would like to ask them something about the pool hours, the breakfast time). We called their attention about the phone twice but they didn't do anything about it. They just acknowledged us but did not do anything to fix it. Toiletries and robes were provided but slippers were not.

I didn't expect how spacious and clean this place is , i like our rooms were near the pool area so all the kids enjoyed plus with mini playground as well. I love the Dekada restaurant good food and good coffee at Yaletown coffee shop upstairs 2nd floor.

The floors on our room was slippery when wet so i had minor accidents just walking along. Please provide more mats and face towels and pls provide facial tissues for your guest.

I like the prompt service of those cleaning the room, serving the food at the restaurant, and the reception attendants. The room size and bed are very comfortable.

The hot water didn't work well, just worked for one second in the sink, and made it less cold in the shower, but not warm enough to be enjoyable. The yellow-ness of the flush toilet water was weird. I didn't need the internet all the time, but the connection kept cutting off.

The location is great and the room is spacious and clean! While there were numerous guests during our stay, it didn't feel too populated and noisy. Good stay!

I think what the hotel could improve on is the internet connectivity. It was weak during our stay and definitely not suitable for those who'd like to work while on vacation. I had to rely on my phone data most of the time The water in the jacuzzi was also just lukewarm. The bed is just standard but could be made more comfortable.

bathrooms smelled bad like the pipes were exposed too much. Even from upstairs and having both rooms, it was quite loud and easy to hear others a lot and we’re not usually sensitive to noise. Breakfast was served later than what we were told and it came out really slow in stages. They should consider more staff for breakfast.

Great location, adequate parking, modern facility, nice pool area, comfortable rooms.

The hotel was only half empty, but they gave us a room with no windows (most rooms have windows). Although the room is nice and clean and modern, there are no lamps. Only very bright directional lights in the ceiling, which are harsh and too bright. Please add bedside lamps.

Comfy bed, large bathroom, large room for a family of four. We enjoyed our stay especially the pool.

Sockets are not child proof in the room. No cover. In the restaurant, it is. There's no doormat in the room so the floor gets wet after after swimming. Inconvenient and not safe if there's a child. The housekeeper took long to arrive to mop the floor so I had to cancel because the floor already dried by itself.

Staff is so accommodating, I came with 11 of my family with little ones. I had a memorable bonding moment with my family. My family did not have any complaints.

The gym was not fully equipped. The location where the gym is has no air circulating.
