ibis Styles Kraków Centrum

Ibis is safe bet. You know what kind of rooms and facilities to expect, Staff is always welcoming, friendly and supportive. Everything works as it should so you don't need to think much. However, this particular Ibis hotel in Krakow exceeded my expectation in every single way. Everything was top notch, rooms and facilities were great, breakfast was above expectations, garage was extra value. Center of the town is 30min walk. Overall great value for money.

Close proximity to the historical centre as well as the Tauron Arena. Fast, hassle-free check in. Convenient underground parking for a good price. Wonderful restaurant in the lobby. Friendly staff.

No coffee and tea making facilities in the room. Breakfast needs more variety. (Not many vegetarian options were available, not many non-pork options, no fruit, not many sweet options either) No hand towel available in the room, only big towel. No hair conditioner, only all in one wash (shampoo, shower gel and hand wash) available.

Our room was very comfortable decently sized. The bathroom floor had heating which was just a delight. The bed was comfortable and the view from the window was decent. The breakfast was also good! Additionally, I had a small request prior to arrival and even though it wasn't essential, the staff had managed to fulfill it which was very highly appreciated! Bear in mind that the hotel is 3 tram stops away from the center. This was perfectly fine with us but maybe for someone it may be an inconvenience. Overall we were really happy with our stay! Great value for what you pay, and no complaints from our side :)

-Parking was cost around 10-12eu extra per day -The location wasn’t the best. Walking wasn’t easy (around 30-35 min walk for the old town). But thankfully there were a tram outside of the hotel (around 10-15 min going to the old time). Also, there were scooters to rent (10 min drive). -The staff. Overall was friendly but not well informed. Once I asked a few questing for the city and they didn’t know (for example a question about public transport!)

The hotel was so clean, it felt like the rooms were brand new and the showers and bathrooms were equally clean. Breakfast was amazing and everything was bright and welcoming with a range of facilities. The room didn’t have hot drink facilites but these could be collected from reception area always fresh. There was a lovely bar area to sit at night with great food and drinks. The hotel is literally next to a tram stop and it took 10 minutes to get into the centre of krakow. Super easy as first timers! Would highly recommend staying, we couldn’t believe it was only 3* and so reasonable!

The windows were locked and overnight the room was a little warm and stuffy.

Looks exactly like the photos, the facilities are new and comfortable, I liked the shower and the underfloor heating in the bathroom. There’s a nice armchair in the room and a lovely view from the window.

We traveled with my coworker. After changing the towels only the small one was changed, one big towel was just taken and the second big towel wasn’t changed. The rest of the days a small towel and one big towel were changed, but the third one was not. russian channels are available.

The room is clean and has everything you need. Breakfast has a lot of options and is very good. I like that they also have a restaurant where you can relax and have dinner. Staff is friendly.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times before without issues. This time there was an issue with the towels, where housekeeping removed my used towels, but did not put back new towels. I had to call the reception and they promptly delivered new towels. It's only a inconvenience and my only minor negative point.

I picked this hotel because of its relative closeness to Tauron Arena, and it was a very good choice. The staff is very nice and helpful, the room was spacious and clean, bed was big and comfortable, and sound insulation was perfect, we did not hear any noise from the street or from the neighbors. Trams are running frequently to the old town, so it was easy to get around. Breakfast was very good, with many choices, however there are far less tables and seats in the breakfast room than ideal. I'd advise to have breakfast early, as after 9:30 it's very very crowded.

It was very hard to find a table and chairs in the breakfast room to have a breakfast. Partly the problem was that there were way more guests than free spaces in the room, and the other problem was the selfishness and carelessness of the guests. Even those who finished breakfast, remained at their table playing with their phone, and blocking the space for many people queuing to get a free table.

Fantastic hotel. The staff went above and beyond and answered all my questions. Helped me with directions to attractions but more than that, the trip was for my partners 30th birthday and they decorated the room and wrote a birthday card. It was fabulous and the best cake he’d ever had he said. 10/10! Would definitely recommend. Great location 20mins from the airport and cost £30 in a taxi. 1hr from Auschwitz by Uber.

It was aesthetic, and the Food was Delicious! The staff were paitent and nice to us and even tho during dinner We moved around the tables (where should we sit?) They always managed to find us. Also really like the garden next to the building and that there were messages everywhere! For instance in the elevator floor or in front of it, or with morse code on the wall of the rooms.

The Location was quite far away from downtown.
