Absolutely everything !From beginning to the end of our stay -everything was perfect !Very spacious rooms ,tasty and various breakfast choice. Staff young and the same time very experienced and helpful. 10 minutes walk to City center.Sauna -huge bonus for relaxation. Use Bolt or Uber for transfers -cost about £9 one way, easy to book on app.I Already recommended to my friends this hotel and definitely will stay next time when visit Krakow.

Location is excellent and beautiful. Staff are so welcoming and helpful very professional service ☺️ can't thank them enough from booking transfers to day trips and spa treatment to the takeaway breakfast for our early flight home . We truly did not want to leave ! Cannot wait to return would highly recommend to anyone wanting a top class hotel and service . Breakfast was wonderful catered for everyone vegan included and was delicious. The rooms are beautiful with everything you need plus additional items available on request ie adapters . Spa treatment was also excellent. I would just like to say thankyou for a totally amazing stay 😊

Nothing to dislike

The hotel was in a great location, in the middle of the old town and the Jewish quarter. Great choice of breakfast. I can not have any diary products and the hotel when behind to have other options there for me, which I really appreciated. Great Beds very comfortable. Would recommend the restaurant and the spa especially for special occasions, staff again excelled in our expectations.

Did not find the pillows comfortable, really a personal thing. There is a busy road to the front of the hotel which is a bit noisy if you want to leave your window open. The hotel left ear plugs in the room which I thought was brilliant as they seem to think of everything.

amazing clean hotel. location great as between old town and Jewish quarter. rooms really clean and modern, beds comfortable and liked the fact had dressing gowns and slippers. also nice toiletries provided in bathroom. air con worked well and we had a spacious triple room in the loft. breakfast had good selection and was in the basement in a nice setting. if you needed eggs you could have them made to order. staff very good - reception staff very helpful and informative and breakfast staff polite and helpful.

although we loved the loft room, being summer you do get light streaming in through the blinds quite early so if you a light sleeper like us it did mean being woken up at 4.30 am so recommend eye masks.

beautifully decorated friendly staff access to relaxation room and sauna included in price! great value for money amazing breakfast and airport transfer included, we paid £260 for 3 nights for a quiet double with lovely view great location between the old town and Jewish kazimier perfect!

one downside was the rooms were a bit hot and no thermostat dial to turn it down, there was an air con unit but no remote, left the window/door open slightly to let some fresh air in 😊

Very welcoming staff and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. Highly recommend taking the hotel Mercedes and driver to visit Auschwitz, very informative and professional.

No bar! We hadn't realised that hotels without bars actually existed, however, there was a fab little shop a few metres down the road which provided us with what we wanted and the hotel staff were happy to find us a filled ice bucket.

Location was great near both the Jewish quarter and the old town just a small walk away. Plenty of food and bar options as well as one in the hotel. Breakfast was delicious, plenty of options of sweet savoury hot and cold options as well as teas and coffees, juices and more which you could supplement at an additional cost. We didn’t feel the need as there was so much choice. Staff were so friendly and couldn’t do more for you Everything was great, hotel was modern and comfortable We had a room upgrade which was lovely, room very spacious and good amenities.

There was a fire alarm early on our second/last morning which sounded long enough for us to get up to leave but no acknowledgment from staff or apologies for broken sleep (appreciate if it was a fire then maybe less issue!) Would say that the walls aren’t the thickest, during the night and morning we could hear other floors and rooms showering, talking and moving around dropping things etc.

Friendly staff were so helpful, spoke great English and sorted out trip bookings and taxis very quickly and efficiently. The rooms were very nicely done out, clean and we had a great view of the castle and the basilica. The AC worked great during the heat wave we experienced whilst there. Breakfast was also perfect, fresh coffee, cold cuts, continental and eggs cooked as you like... What's not to like?

Nothing major, light leakage through the curtains in the morning was probably the only thing.

This was our 3rd stay to QB and as always everything was exception, from our our taxi transfer to the professional welcome and check in by the reception staff, to the beautiful bedroom and spotless bathroom(loved the underfloor heating, and cosy bathrobes and fluffy towels). Bed was so comfy and the welcome chocolates in the room were a lovely touch. Breakfast was exceptional with so much choice including fresh fruits, yoghurts, pastries and croissants, fresh bread, smoked salmon, selection of meats and cheeses, salads and all the ingredients for a full English with choice of scrambled or fried eggs. Everything was absolutely perfect, and nothing was too much trouble for the reception team, they even phoned one of our favourite restaurants and booked a table for us. QB is in a perfect location between the Jewish quarter and the old town so you can easily walk everywhere. Krakow is such a great city to explore and at this time of the year, it is so beautiful with the Christmas market and all of the beautiful lights and decorations. We will definitely return to our favourite hotel and city. Thank you Queen Boutique

The staff was amazing, everyone was genuinely friendly but also cared about the guest and the brand they represent. Dennis at the front desk was especially attentive and helpful. He was kind enough to set up with the kitchen our breakfasts since we were going to be leaving the hotel earlier than the scheduled breakfast time. They prepared us a boxed breakfast and it was superb! I thank the staff (especially Dennis) for making sure that we would not go hungry on our long early journey of visiting Auschwitz. The hotel grounds are quite beautiful, there is attention to detail and that is what makes this and any hotel special. I can very happy recommend anyone thinking about visiting Krakow to stay in this hotel. you will not regret it.

I am sure that if I had asked, they might have been able to provide them, but we were missing amenities like slippers, they did not have them.
