very good location, generally helpful staff, good breakfast, nice rooftop.

Prosecco offered during breakfast costs additional money but nobody told us before. room service did not fill up the supplies the same every day. one employee told us there was no more parking available although it was. gym has only cardio machines, some very light dumbbells (2,5 kg), and the heaviest kettlebell is 8 kgs.

Highlights are Sky pool-jacuzzi-Sauna of course. Plus the aqua-park under the Hotel. So that you always have something to do with your kids, even if the weather is not good and u can’t go to beach. (Everyday 1 hour free for hotel guests.) Very very kind that we were able get our breakfast to the room ( via room service) several times, free of charge because of Corona situation. Service and hausekeeping personal are very very friendly even if most of them can’t really speak proper English or German, they do everything to help and satisfy you. Location can’t be better. From the hotel door, you need about 30 seconds to reach to beach. You have different kind of restaurants around the hotel. Or you just order a burger to your room from room service for about 10 euros, which is ok. That was our second time in this hotel and most probably it’s not gonna be the last.

Underground parking places are extremely expensive. 20 euros for a day. There is also an outdoor option which is cheaper but that doesn’t change the fact that indoor places are expensive. If you book a standard room with sea view, you will have to try hard from your balcony to see the sea!! I had to change my room with an upgrade to make my family happy. Additional 275 euros !!

Great variety of different food for breakfast. View on the upper floors was great! Room was clean and quite perfect. Personnel was very attentive and acted instantly on any request given. The nearby shops and restaurants are also a plus for some change of pace.

Sadly the breakfast was a bit too filled with people so that you couldn't get a seat. So was the beach and the aquapark. The rooftop pool is a very cool idea but also way too small for the number of guests.

Wonderful amenities in the hotel, wonderful location overlooking the beach - a perfect stay for a family with small children. Staff was extremely attentive, patient and helpful. There was enough variety in the breakfast and dinner buffet for almost all tastes and the Oyster Restaurant was outstanding, even if the food took very long to arrive. The aquapark as an added feature was outstanding for children and adults alike. The bedroom (family suite) was spacious with two bathrooms and plenty of space for our children, with outstanding views of the beach.

Check in time was lengthy - two staff members on a German public holiday wasn't enough. No water in the bedroom.

The breakfast is very good. The Aqua Park is superb, especially if you are traveling with kids and the price is very affordable. The location is great. You have several nice restaurant options nearby. Everything was clean. Room Service was great

There are two gyms, one belongs to Radisson Hotel and the other one belongs to Hilton Hotel. The gym you see in the photos and also in the TV room belongs to Hilton, has better equipments, but you don't have access to it. My room was supposed to be with "See View", but there is no See View at all. Just a parking lot. When I complained, they say my room was correct. So be aware of any expectations. A considerable amount of Staff struggled to speak English, although they were supportive

I loved the view of the ocean from my room. Also the breakfast was very elaborate.

The TVs in the room ( Blue Sky Suite ) are very much outdated. Its just for the sake the TVs are kept else the TVs are non functional. Also the cleaning staff never refilled the soaps/shampoo bottles for last 3 days of the stay.

Excellent location. Modern, spacious and very comfortable room. Excellent view from the room.

Crowd and noise during breakfast. Wild outside parking (parking stands without markings, construction works all around, danger of puncturing the tire). Last but not least, however not directly related with hotel service: getting to the hotel requires ferry transfer through Świna River. In peak period there is traffic jam for few hours (2 hours was in our case, but 3-4 hours on the return day. To avoid this horrible traffic, we had to leave the hotel early morning, shortening our stay) .

small details: - skymolo - closed - infinity sky pool - glass so dirty that you dont see anything through it - if you pay 250€/night would be nice to have parking (20€) and beach beds (10€) included in price (especially if you park outside on sand) - dont like layout of breakfest restaurant to crowded on small space

We had a wonderful time in this hotel. The staff were kind and professional; amazing breakfast with many options (delicious freshly made omelette ); a really nice kids' area for kids to play and have fun; nice aqua park for adults and kids to enjoy during the stay. The hotel gave to us a wonderful plate with sweets and desert for celebrated our daugther birthday.
