Clean, modern hotel not far from center of Warshaw. Staff is nice and helpfull. Breackfast was exellent ! There is a big road in front ot the hotel, but there is no noise in the rooms.

The hotel is modern, stylish, spacious and clean.

I didn’t like much the quality of the breakfast, especially, the behaviour of the restaurant service personnel. Our four members family came for breakfast when it was still half an hour left to the closing time. Exactly at 10 o’clock personnel started quickly (like in five minutes) to take off all the food trays. Then, hotel personnel came and loaded their plates full of food. We didn’t finish our breakfast as we didn’t expect it to end so quickly. Overall, the situation was unpleasant, as nobody asked us if we wanted some more food, because they were taking off the food trays, that in the other hotels is a sign of good manners. I made a remark to one of the girls from the staff and she replied “O Boże, Boże” 😅

Hotel was built few years ago, everything is new. Very modern, stylish and inviting. Employees were very friendly and helpful. Room was bigger than expected. Sparkling clean. Had mini fridge. Very comfy bed - the best bed i have slept in. Tasty breakfast with quite a big choice. Easy accessible from highway. Parking either free in front of the hotel or for a fee in a secured basement with cameras, spacious spots. Hotel exceeded out expectations. We will definitely return.

on our check-in time, just one staff was in reception and he was busy by another customer for around 25 minutes!! I booked a room with kitchenette. The "kitchenette" was a joke! No top-oven, no pan, pot, cutting board, cutting knife, kitchen towel, kitchen paper & ,,, . nothing!! Just a microwave, a kitchen sink (that could use bathroom instead of that) and some plates, spoon, forks and breakfast knifes. That's it. Even couldn't fry an egg in there or cut fruits and make salad!! also I think 40PLN as the parking charge for open space in front of the hotel is too much.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Rooms and staff were superb. Breakfast was fantastic. Most important was their grace and caring in dealing with the flood of guests due to the evacuation from Ukraine. They worked like crazy and with a smile on their face to take care of an overwhelming amount of guests. They were just amazing. Give them your business!

Would have been nice to be able to crack the windows for fresh air. But you can't redesign an entire building. :-)

Good room with all needed facilities. Stay in this hotel for second time. Perfect breakfast with a lot of tasty options. It is nice that breakfast start from 6:30AM, especially if you need to check out early in the morning. Also it is very good that you can check in even after 11pm.

Hotel is very nice modern very big comfortable rooms and beds. Receptionists are all very helpful. Breakfast was excellent worth for money

Hotel is although next to bus and train station which is very good but it is also far from the city attractions. It takes min 40 min by public transport (bus+metro). Train timing to city center is not good enough

One of the best Mercury hotels I have ever stayed in. Location is good, with quiet parking right next to hotel doors. Ladies at reception were super nice and friendly. Ursus outlet just a 6 minutes walk away. Room was very big. Travelling with 2 children, we had a separate bedroom with a door and cozy sofa bed for children. Room is equipped with kitchen facilities. Huge bathroom with a shower. Breakfast had lot of food to choose as well as fresh fruits.

The place was very modern. The food was great and big had a big selection from breakfast buffet. The bed was very nice and so comfortable. The staff was friendly. I would come back again.

It was all good. We had a slight problem with noisy neighbors late night but when we called the staff they came within a few minutes and neighbors were quiet. Thank you for the quick response. 😊
