Great location, ease of access to the city. Staff great! Very good value for the money we paid.

The beds made daily, vacuumed daily, presented well. Unfortunately the bathroom was very dirty. Long term uncleanliness.

It was clean and comfortable. Great size room. The staff were great. They were very helpful. Very close to little India. Great eating places and a great mall just down the road. A good bar around the corner.

Great place to stay but, some of the rooms look down on the main road, and across the road was a couple of night clubs. Can get noisy but not too bad.. The shower was over the bath and it was a quite a step up to have a shower.

Upon checkimg front Office is very friendly and helpful. Room are clean and well arranged. The facilities in the room is working well. Not so noisy as hotel is at main road.Room attend is so friendly when you meet her.Nice hotel for stay as nearby to all food paradise,shopping mall and public transportation.

When we reach the hotel there is limited carpark lot most probably 5 lots only, After checkin at counter, keycard having a issue unabke to programme. Proceed to the room and found toilet is too small where the wash basin is closely near entrance door. The ahower door keep stuck when closing and opening as roller bwlow is not replaced.The othet side of bed is too near the wall,no space to move in.The aircon blower is too noisy due to aircon filter choked.The room is double bwd room.

It was clean and tidy including Wash rooms and room service was good and delivered what I have asked within few minutes. Selected room did not have a window and space would be sufficient for a couple for ideal stay for leisure or business. Situated at a propmt place shopping centres and restaurants are close by. Safe locker, iron table, coffee/tea jug provided under very safer environment

Shampoo, conditioner, body lotion were provided in one press fixed to wall.

All facilities in superb condition.very clean.quite spacious .im expecting a small room hotel.have bath tub also.very close to mustapha center and easy to find food.will stay again if visiting singapore

The staff were super kind, welcoming and helpful. They even let us checked in an hour earlier than the scheduled time.

Very accessible to transportations such as subway (Jalan Basar and Ferrar Stations) and bus stops. Easy to find local food just right outside the hotel and there’s a nearby mall.

Got what I paid for, nothing more, nothing less. Good turn down service was offered everyday. Reception folk were very hospitable. Location was excellent with supermarkets, nice restaurants opposite to the hotel and Mustafa centre was also at walking distance.

The hotel was one block away from a shopping center that had restaurants and supermarkets. The metro was also fairly close. The room met expectations for the cost.

The was quite a step up and over the edge of the tub to get into the shower.

Staff were excellent in helping me facilitate room changes and so helpful overall. Our stay in the Queen room with window was fantastic and certainly worth the value, close to all the food you could eat plus walking distance to transport. Cleaning auntie was an absolute sweetheart!

Good location. Food outlets very close. Mrt close n the famous Mustafa walking distance.
