The property is a great value for its price. It is near a lot of restaurants and near the bus stops so there was no hassle in commuting and finding your way. It was very convenient because the property is near Singapore Indoor Stadium; it is perfect if you will watch a concert. Our room is very clean and the perfect size for 2 people. They have all your basic necessities and everything was functioning as expected. The property also has vending machines in front so if you need a quick fix, you can just buy from there. The staff are very pleasant and friendly! They have a 24-hour front desk; we called in for late check-in and they assured us that it’s fine. Overall, this property is highly recommended.

We didn't make use of included breakfasts. The staff, especially the ladies onReception, were exceptionally helpful and made sure we got the most out of our stay. Bedlinen was changed daily. The accommodation felt like a much more expensive hotel. We can not fault it for value.

The only disadvantage of staying here, which is beyond the power of the owners to change, is that it somewhat far from the city centre and not in a very "toutisty" area, so not a lot of English is spoken by local shop and restaurant staff. We were always able to make ourselves understood with a little effort and the local people tried hard to be helpful.

The hotel is very conveniently located, close to the subway and also to a street where we could sample "street food", which is famous in the city and actually was very good. A nice touch is the machine right outside the hotel where one can get fresh squeezed orange juice. While the hotel itself is a budget hotel, so does not have breakfast facilities, this machine was absolutely brilliant! The hotel was quiet, and for a budget hotel very nicely equipped.

Well, this is hard to answer since we liked our stay. Of course, a small breakfast bar would be good (or more complete vending machines), but really it's a budget hotel and the local streets have 24 hour street food so it's fine. The staff is on site and very accommodating, which is really all one needs: they answered our questions and helped us with our special requests, and that was excellent.

We arrived the hotel earlier than expected, around 11 am. The check-in officially starts at 3 pm, but we already got the keycard for our room and could finally take a shower after 18 hours of traveling. The room itself was a little bit small for 3 persons, but big enough to sleep. The hotel takes it's name very serious, you get what you book. Nothing more, nothing less. It was just a nice stay because we had everything we need. From the nearby bus stations is the city in a short time to reach. The staff was also very friendly to us, all of us are very satisfied.

Quite close to MRT (Kallang), the green line is pretty good to get you to most main sites quickly. The Room, Air Con, Beds towels and shower were all clean & comfortable, housekeeping was done everyday while we were out, it's a basic hotel that covers all the basic needs and has enough space for luggage which a lot of Singapore hotel frankly lack at times. The staff were friendly & quick to check in and out with no issues. Honestly if you're looking for a no frills place that covers the basics well, this is a great choice.

Some other hotel guests were loud coming and going, despite this, this is not a knock on the big positives of the hotel but was just our experience, loud hotel guests can happen to any hotel and it was something I should have complained about with management while i was there.

The hotel was just a three-minute walk to the Opp Mohd Salleh Mque bus stop and a 15-minute walk to the Kallang MRT station on the East-West Line. I stayed here for a concert at the Singapore Indoor Stadium and when it was difficult to book a ride afterwards, it was easy to walk back to the hotel, though it took around 30 minutes. There are also lots of restaurants around the area as well as a 7-11 beside the Opp Mohd Salleh Mque bus stop. The room was clean and the shower heater and air conditioning worked well.

For the size of the room and the bathroom, the cost is quite high, but the cleanliness and location made up for it.

Clean, professional, no-nonsense budget hotel, with helpful staff, good shower with soap holding shelf, comfortable beds. Cheap shops nearby. Not too far from the airport.

The nearest metro station (green line) is quite a bit of a walk from the hotel. One morning the wifi was not performing well (it was fine otherwise). Some people made noise in the corridor during one night (not the hotel's fault.) The room - although apparently still larger than most budget hotel rooms in Singapore - was not very large with the doulbe+single beds inside, not too many places to pack our luggage. Now it seems I wrote more cons than pros - but the truth is that this is a perfectly fine hotel that delivers what it promises, at a good price (for Singapore).

It's bigger than the usual accommodation you'd find in Singapore ... Pretty spacious for a group of 3 adults with its ensuite toilet/ bathroom .. they clean the room and change the towels/ sheets/ toothbrushes/ toilet paper every day which was really nice

the bus stop is just a 4-min walk, 10SGD was enough for the EZ link transpo card for a 5-day trip .. it's still a bit of a distance though from the CBD area .. if you don't mind the 45-min to an hour bus ride, then it's all good .. Geylang streets is not one of the cleanest area but the hotel itself is clean ..

Price was reasonable and photos depicted the actual room. there are good chinese and indian restaurants nearby. there is also a 7/11 near the hotel and a laundry place.

Rooms were tiny but expected given that it is Singapore. Bathroom was too small. Unfortunately, despite the sheets being clean, there was hair under the sheets and on the matter itself that were not properly disposed of.

The location was peaceful, had lots of restaurants nearby. Convenient stores that sell cheap water are also nearby so when you have babies, you don’t need to walk far. The rooms are small but they’re perfect and comfy to get a good night sleep. The toilet and shower was also great. They cleaned the room every day. Walking distance to bus stops and the Kallang station.

As a filipino, i would love to have a bidet in the toilet 😅
