Access to specific Club facilities.

Shambolic breakfast room. Constantly having to top up/find cutlery and crockery, certain breakfast items in really short supply, ordering not brilliant, some tables in the breakfast room have been replaced with lounge chairs which are impossible to eat at. Staff aren't supervised/trained well. **Note that certain Club Room inclusions are not available for people who book through Booking.com. Namely late check-out and 2 items of daily laundry despite laundry being noted at check-in.** We have stayed here on 3 occasions and probably will try elsewhere in future.

Stayed for a week and the garden/lounge twelve floor & desk in room were really great for work. Rooms well designed & views to north fantastic. Service from counter staff was ok. Housekeeping was very busy, but great (compliments to them). Great location if you like the shophouse street culture full of great cafes nearby. The local panjong hawker centre as well as maxwell are great. It’s abit of a food hub, even more than your average singaporean neighbourhood. Generally a good stay of a big hotel in a great area.

Be aware the hotel has a ‘two-tier’ status focused system that proritises ‘club’ members in various ways (they get free big access, whilst non-club members pay the same as someone walking off the street etc..). It is somewhat irritating how much being a club member is promoted and advertised throughout to the point you are made to feel like a loser for not being ‘in the club’.

The hotel has a very unique design and the room was spacious. I stayed in a club room and has access to the private club floor infinity pool. It is definitely worth the extra money. The hotel is also located in a very convenient location with the MRT nearby or you can easily walk to the nearby places of attraction.

Everything was good but one minor comment was the new staff they had during checkout. With more experience and confidence, they'll be fine but it was odd that they struggled to give a straight forward answer when I asked them what I was paying for during checkout. It was just the room charges which wasn't a big deal. They just lacked confidence as new staff.

For Singapore we thought we got a lot for our money at Oasis. The breakfast seemed expensive so we did not add it and easily found very inexpensive breakfast at the Hawker Center just down the street. We would definitely stay here again.

The comfortable bed, the space and the design of the room, the outer appearance of the hotel, the possibility to take a dip in the infinity pool and have a shower between check-out and leaving, the evening snacks with the Club room, the warm contact with the Level 1 concierges, the both touristy and riveting area around the hotel.

The average quality of the food (both for breakfast and, especially, the evening snacks), the rather impersonal contact with the Club personnel, the average sound insulation of the room, the look from the room (half impeded by the metallic structure, with a not so clean basis at the foot of the windows), and the infinity pool: beautiful view, but not exactly "infinity".

The staff were all welcoming and helpful. We were able to store our luggage prior to check in and after check out. This is located in the central business district and is so convenient, as there is an MRT (train) station quite literally across the street. There is no shortage of food options either, as there are many restaurants, markets, malls, etc within walking distance. It is also located within walking distance of Chinatown and some famous hawker centers, if you are interested in that! The room and bathroom was clean. I would 100% stay here again the next time I am in Singapore!

I didn't mind the glass panels in the bathroom, as it was just my husband and I, but it doesn't give much privacy if that is what you're looking for. Reception is located on L12, then there is a separate lift to get to the rooms. Not a deal breaker, but it was a bit cumbersome that that there wasn't a direct way to get to the room.

It was close to China Town, and easy to see in the skyline, so I didn't need a map to get home.

I was upgraded to a club room, then told I couldn't use club services unless I paid the difference, bit strange, probably would have just preferred being offered an $80 upgrade.. being put on a floor then told you can't use the pool is a little rude.

Outstanding location, just in front of the MRT station and close to endless food spots and bars. The architecture and decor are superb too; I had wanted to stay in this iconic building for a long time and I feel satisfied with the experience.

The bathroom in the Club room has transparent walls (tinted, but not enough). I would advise those travelers that suffer from some anxiety or simply value their privacy to refrain from booking that room. Not a dealbreaker but definitely something I wish I knew before booking.

Comfortable, eco friendly hotel in an excellent location. Huge bed, lovely styling. Loved the outdoor seating area at Reception level, a green oasis in the middle of the city.

No bedside table on one side of the bed so nowhere to put a glass of water or anything. No hooks or rack to hang towels or robe in shower area. No USB charging sockets. Nowhere to put used wet towels, would have liked a laundry bin or a towel rail. Minor but important improvements.

What a wonderful boutique hotel with sky gardens, filled with greeneries which completed our well needed vacation. Who would have thought we could find a relaxing place as this in the middle of a CBD. We booked ourselves into the Club Room which comes with complimentary access to the Club Lounge. The practical room design maximises the room space. For a taste of local food and local cafes, just walk to 5 mins towards Tanjung Pagar Hawker Centre. Oasia Downtown is definitely our new fav hotel in Singapore
