The stay exceeded our expectation. When we booked, in pictures the hotel looked good but when we arrived, we were blown away by the design. The architect should get a medal. Very unique and beautiful. The pool area was amazing with a lot of green, you couldn't expect such hotel in the middle of a major city, when we were at the pool, we felt like we are in a resort on some tropical island. Room was very comfortable as well.

Despite there were 4 elevators, it took us time to get up and down. The elevator's algorithm should be improved. We also felt that the price was very high despite our excitement.

the toilet! there was smell of pee in the room that we stayed at. i didn’t spread to the bedroom as there was a toilet door. however everytime we go to the toilet, there was a slight pee smell. perhaps the hotel can look into it.

I ordered Collection Club Lifestyle King room and I asked for a bathtub. I got the room on the 15-th floor. The room was very nice and clean and it has a bathtub! As a Collection Club member I had access to the Lounge. The lounge open in the morning for breakfast, between 15:00 - 17:00 for the afternoon tea and between 18:00 - 20:00 for the evening cocktail. I was surprised by the variety of the small sandwiches, cakes, cookies, berries and beverages. All of them were very delicious! The Lounge are on the 16-th floor, it has perfect view on the city! The very beautiful live orchid was on every table. In the same floor as the Lounge there is a beautiful garden. A wide choice of Japanese foods was during the evening cocktail, small cakes, fruits and berries and of course the cocktails! In the room there is a beautiful panel to control the inside climate and lights. On the 5-th floor there is a pool and a gym. The service includes daily room cleaning, towels replacement, filling of amenities, tea bags and coffee capsules. There is a tap of the filtered drinking water in the sink. I want to thank the lounge team: Dona, Ana, Jetrix, Leslie and all others that I don’t know their names. Especially I would like to thank the chef Sylvia who made my stay at the hotel incredibly delicious! At check out the receptionist told me that the deposit of 500 S$ will be returned after validation that nothing was broken or spoiled during 5-7 work days. I asked to order me a taxi to the airport and the taxi arrived after a few minutes.

I got to the hotel at around 9:40 in the morning on Feb, 6 . There were many people here. I was waiting in the line to do check-in about half an hour. During check-in the receptionist told me that I should give 500 S$ deposit and I can get the key-card to the room from 15:00. It was a surprise for me because in all my previous trips (a lot) I almost always got the room keys as soon as possible and earlier than the official check-in hour. I had 2 flights, both at night, so I didn’t sleep enough and I was very tired. I didn’t have a choice and sat on the sofa in the lobby trying to sleep until 14:30. At 14:30 I waited in the line to the reception again and finally at exactly 15:00 I entered into my room.

Location access was right in China Town where you can definitely eat an abundance of local dishes and take away food. 10-15mins access to the National Singaporean Museum, Marina Bay Sands, Science & Art Museum for kids, Gardens by the Bay by Taxi or Grab.

Breakfast had limited options, not much variety- Either noodles or congee or Western Bread, Bacon & Eggs. Quality of Breakfast items werent that great either for the price- would recommend heading out. Room was tidy and clean- they are small however good enough for couples, business or singles as no room to travel with kids.

Very modern hotel at a great location with very friendly staff members. The room was good size and fully equipped with all the amenities and great filtering system for drinking water in the room. The pool area was amazing, with green scenery around and we even got to explore some of the gardens around the hotel.

Some of the plugs near the sockets have a bright light that can't be turned off, which means if you are a light sleeper you might need to cover these with something for a complete black out. Also, it would be preferable to have a coffee machine in the room, instead of the coffee sachets provided with the kettle.

We love the suite room as it is spacious and perfect for family with young kids like mine.

Some staffs were not warm and friendly. Some didnt offer help when i was with a big travel bag and 2 young kids while my hubby settle the car.But they offered help with a family with 1 pri sch girl and a big luggage instead. Some staffs were not knowledgeable. The vibe i received from the reception area was rather cold. I wasnt informed that my suite was the same level as covid postive or high risk warning as i saw stools outside the room and alsp leftover bento and paper bag.

This is one of the best hotel stays I've had in my travels. We loved the location (central and close to all key areas in Singapore), the rooms and amenities available are excellent (we thoroughly enjoyed the pool area), and most importantly, the level of service provided by EVERY staff we came across with is top-notch! My partner and I decided to stay here as our last stop for our anniversary trip in Southeast Asia, and it was the best decision! Everything was great from the moment we booked our accommodation right through to checking out and leaving the hotel. Prior to arrival, the lady who contacted us post booking was really helpful with some of our questions. On arrival, we were offered a room upgrade and got a nice little surprise for us when we arrived in the room, which we're truly appreciative of. During our stay, we always came back to a nice and clean room, and this was all done even if we left our hotel room quite late in the afternoon in some days. We always get a friendly greeting from the staff not only in the lobby area but everywhere else we see them. Everyone is so attentive and helpful that you just feel great being in this place. I'm doing this review a month after our trip, and I can't help but look back on how amazing our trip's been ending it with a beautiful stay at ParkRoyal Collection Pickering. This exquisite hotel and the high-level customer experience provided is truly an unforgettable experience, and I don't see us staying anywhere else in Singapore for the next time we visit.

The hotel is located near the Chinatown MRT station, which is about a 3-4 minute walk away. There is assistance available for carrying luggage before reaching the hotel. The front desk staff are fluent in both English and Chinese, and they are friendly with charming smiles. The rooms are very clean, and the view from the window is excellent. The breakfast is delicious. It was a fantastic accommodation experience.

The bathroom door is a sliding one and it's too close to the sink. I keep bumping into the sink every time. The shower door doesn't seal tightly, even when I put a mat outside the door, the area outside still gets wet. There's no Washlet, which is a bit disappointing.

Great location, easy access to most parts of the city with a $10-$15 taxi ride or 20-30 minute walk. China town is within 5 min. walk. The room was clean and had almost everything you need, except cutleries and microwave. Electric double blinds (block out and see-through) were very helpful for managing the interior lighting. Mini bar a bit expensive but handy for a late night snack. Breakfast was good with a reasonable selection of food. Haven't used spa and gym, but walked past and they seemed to be in a good condition.

The location was excellent. Great for the local hawker markets in Chinatown as well as good bars and restaurants on Amoy, Keong Salik and Club street. 30 minute walk or 10min Grab to Gardens by the Bay and or Little India. It was all very convenient. The pool is and building are stunning, the service was relaxed but responsive. Never in your face but always available to help. I was a very comfortable place to spend time. We didn't try the restaurant but did have a somewhat over priced, but tasty, sandwich by the pool. The room was stunning. The garden view means you look out through the balcony gardens. It's a beautiful way to wake up. Large windows mean you can really drink it in. It's was not cheap but you really do get your money's worth if you're looking for a sanctuary to relax in whilst also being able to jump into the hustle and bustle of the city.

The price of poolside food and drink was exorbitant. Everything else was excellent.
