The apartament was nice, view and location are perfect, amenities ok in the room, with coffee machine, nicely furnished and decorated. The staff was polite

main areas need improved, the restaurant, the lobby, the bar area are as for a 2 star hotel, with low quality plastic flowers, old and poorly furnished.

Very good location, in front of a large sand beach, close to the old town and good restaurants in neighbour. Rooms recent renovated, clean, with comfortable beds. We had a room with sea view, which has an excellent position for sunrise. Continental breakfast with basic choices. Very easy and fast on-line check-in.

Stairs not so clean and only one little lift is in use for all hotel guests - we need to wait much more, also because of covid situation (we avoided to use the lift with other persons). The social distance in the restaurant can not be strictly respected, and only one disinfectant device for entire restaurant surface seems to not be enough (placed only at the entrance). A greater variety of sweets for breakfast would bring a plus.

The pillows are the worst pillows I've sleeped on and are not me who thinks that is also my mum and my fiance, all of us woked up with stiff neck. No extra blankets or pillows were in the room. if it wasn't for this inconvenience, I would be happy

It is one of the best hotels to stay at when visiting the romanian sea side. The view from the rooms facing the sea side is excellent, the personnel is professional and helpful, all is very clean and breakfast includes a wide range of food choices. Close to the main attractions, restaurants and the beach is right in front of the hotel.

near bus stop, near beach, near town with lots of restaurants, no problems with anything in the room, front desk personnel always helpful, friendly. wonderful buffet breakfast was included.

Great location, near to the sea, practically you see the sea from the hotel, the restaurant. Clean rooms, quality ok for the bed, clean bathroom.

Great location! Soo cool to wake up seeing the sea. Good food offer at breakfast.

The receptionist did not inform us that we must immediately pay the parking fee. We arrived late, it was dark and we have not seen any sign. In brief, we got a parking ticket of 100 Euro. The hotel appologized and sent us a goodies basket. The receptionist had a paper on the parking rules, but kept it under the desk. Why? It beats me 🤔

Cleanliness, reception desk customer service representatives' professionalism (Roxana and Tatiana) and restaurant menu and staff ( thanks a lot Amalia, Irina, Cosmin and Mr. Dumbrazu) Piano in the lobby, the basement fitness center it's a plus. Is my fourth time when I stay at this hotel and will definitely recommend it to all my American and Korean friends

It's totally insignificant and not related to the hotel's service that the ATM in the lobby gives you a low USD/Ron conversion rate therefore people may try other nearby ATM locations. My US debit card worked in most Romanian places where I used it as well

parking arrangements are poor. The hotel admin can do more on this and ask for more parking spots.

nice place to stay for 1 or 2 nights. good location and overall experience is pleasant.

I booked this hotel for the parking option too, but then it turned out parking was fully booked and I parked my car outside and paying for parking is a bit complicated if you don’t have Romanian phone number.
