Radisson Blu Plaza Jeddah

It was clean and fresh and felt special compared to others. Plenty of waters and toiletries in the room, very obliging staff. I was happy ladies could also use the pool.

Pool area needed bit of attention

l have stayed in the hotel for the fifth time . The best choice for me in Jeddah city, the receptionists are nice and lovely people, rooms very clean and beds very comfortable. thank you for everybody in the hotel, they are professionals and respectful. if you would like to try the hospitality in Jeddah.. don't miss this hotel. I strongly recommend it. good luck guys, nice job 👍

Staff, bed

I really would have loved to have a comb. More than 1 towel to start with. Better sodas in the mini fridge; I rather left mine, lack of sports channel in the TV. I wasn't provided with takeaway breakfast to catch an early flight, so I skipped overall. Unclean windows, can't see outside well enough.

Nice and well maintained hotel Excellent location Cafes and restaurants are nearby I did not get the chance to try the breakfasts in the restaurant but I ordered it the room and was good 8/10

Carpet needs replacing

There is a Philipino guy helping us on our luggages and can speak English well that can give us information about the opening time of shopping malls on Friday. Really impressed on his help. Room is very good, has a large space. Fitness is new with good equipment. Breakfast is good too.

When I reached the hotel, I was told my booking had been cancelled and the hotel was fully booked with no rooms available. I asked the reason and I was told that I had not paid the money. I told the receptionist that I had provided my credit card details for that purpose and that the hotel had my telephone number and could have contacted me if there was any problem. He told me that I can rent a two bed room suite (for about twice the amount). After a bit of argument, and some effort by him, I was provided a room. He was courteous and helpful. I found out later that a Canadian family (known to me) arriving from Toronto had faced the same problem 2 days earlier.

I stayed for a day in this great hotel. I checked out heading to Medina, forgetting a jewelers that is worth 37000 Sar, I thought I would not see it again. I called the hotel with zero hope to get back it back. to my surprise they kept each and every piece in the safety box I had back my jewelry’s I will definitely come back to this hotel. thank you dear staff for your honesty I’ll recommend you to every person who will come to Jeddah.

The location is very good. Just opposite to the biggest malls of Jeddah, Alsalam mall and Alanduras mall. Our stay was good. However, one issue is, you cannot go to those malls by walk, though you can see on just opposite to the road. If there was a walk over bridge or an underpass it would have been nice. Anyway, you can take some random taxis just for 10 SAR, to cross the road. Enough taxi will be available there.
