The staff entering the rooms fully knowing there’s people inside. I still don’t understand what that was about. When i tried to address the matter, Njabulo told me I should have come down at 7am to tell them not to go into my room!!!!, The same gate guy taking forever to open the gate and insisted that I was safe when I stood out the gate for more than 10minutes at night, waiting for him to open, he didn’t even apologize, told me he was busy with other things. Njabulo was also drunk on the job which led to his rudeness!!!!!

I liked the quietness and the environment generally

The confusion on my booking, when I booked the indication was that I'll pay on check-in but received an email later saying I must pay direct to secure my booking of which I did and even sent proof of payment, to my surprise on the date of my check-in I was told that I failed to pay and my booking cancelled. I begged them to check my payment and allow me to come with all the proof I had to confirm my transactions then after long discussions on the phone they confirmed receipt of my payment. It was a dramatic and unpleasant experience

I liked how homely the place was. The constant supply of drinking water. It sounds little, trust me, its not little at all to me. I drink a lot of water and I was quite happy not to have to buy all that water for the 6 nights!! I like how friendly the staff was, how clean my room is when I come back to it at the end of the day. I liked how free I felt to go about my business and then looking forward to coming back to my room because it was peaceful, clean and comfortable.

I didn't like how noisy the 1st room that was assigned to me was. The noise from the major road close to it was a bit of a distraction and made me feel somewhat unsafe. Apart from that, I actually liked the room, the spacious and clean bathroom. I didn't quite like that I had to explain severally why I wanted to change the room as I requested a quiet room because I needed to study during the week long stay even before I arrived. Was quite disappointed to find that the room was quite noisy despite my earlier request. I felt unheard. I also didn't like that there was no reading table in my room.

The staff was friendly and professional, prefect location. Loved the lighting and room decor

The bathroom floor had a noticeable number of hair strands, reported the issue before house keeping in the morning, only to find the same hair on the floor when we came back. I know it was'nt my hair because I have 4c hair and the stands on the floor looked like they came from a weave. The fridge had left-over food from previous guests. Overall the place was beautiful they just need to improve on house keeping.

Nice clean room, friendly staff

Not having a microwave in the room, didn't like the idea of always taking my food to warm it up at the front desk Not having the remote control for the gate, getting in and out was quite a hassle sometimes that on the day of leaving. I had to call a manager because there was no one at front desk to open the gate for me, thus delaying my trip for half an hour I didn't like the fact that I had to always ask for cup so that i can make coffee, only 2 glasses in the room, they did provide coffee and sugar but no cup to use. I found that to be strange.

The welcoming of staff and warmth + the hotel itself was very nice.

The smell that came out of the bathroom as if mould and the noises that were made during our stay by security guards as I woke up with a very bad headache.

1. The hotel is in a very quite neighborhood 2. It’s very clean and smells amazing as you walk in 3. The rooms are really larger than what you would expect 4. There isn’t much noise 5. The staff is very friendly and helpful

1. Just the access to the hotel. I wish there could be someone manning the gate all the time cause sometimes you have to ring the intercom for quite some time until they open for you and I don’t think it’s safe having to wait outside that long

The staff was professional and friendly. I received two calls prior to checking-in to ensure that the date and time were correct. Daily room service was a plus. Location was central and convenient too.

The location of the accommodation can be noisy at times due to its proximity to the high way; however during sleeping hours, it is hardly an issue. There aren't microwaves in the room, which is a bit inconvenient - one would have to go to reception to warm one's food.

The staff were friendly and helpful as always. They go beyond to assist guests. The premises were clean and neat as always. It always a pleasure staying at this hotel. I recommend it to anyone who likes peace and cosiness. No worries about parking as there are free parking bays available for use inside this gated hotel. Very secure hotel and quiet surrounding area.
