Premier Hotel Regent

Had an excellent stay. Staff were so friendly and courteous. The room that I was allocated was very quiet, peaceful. Had awesome views of the sea. The room was spotless. I highly recommend this Hotel 👌. The room was very spacious, beds comfortable, great shower & bath. There is nothing I can't fault them for

Absolutely nothing

Hotel is deluxe especially the room I was booked in. Staff is so freindly and welcoming. They even improved on the ironing issue you just call the reception and request for iron.

The fact the inorder to access wifi you have to go at the reception area, no wifi inside the room I just wish they could FastTrack the installation as they said they are busy with. Also am not happy around the issue of pool that you are forced to go to ICC inorder to get

Security was good .I like that they closed one gate as the Beach front gets too busy on the 31 Dec.Staff was friendly .Breakfast was good .If they can change menu at least not have seen thing over 3 days . I felt my car was safe in the parking .

They left dirty dishes next to our door for 2 days . They did not put x2 items like 2 tawels,2 shower caps ,two teas as if we booked for one person ,no flat sheets on the beds, no fridge.Worse thing no tourism broucher or website .Receptionist said there is no activities in the hotel or East London . I asked for something for my birthday on the email I did not get anything .

Every thing was perfect, starting from reception. Admins were so welcoming and very patient. Though there was a slight challenge with our booking. We managed to sort it calmly and with high degree of professionalism

We didn't not get rooms that were next to each other as requested, but it was not a trainsmash

There should be a fridge atleast. It's very hot to be going to buy water kilometers away from the hotel everytime one needs to drink. The fancy bottle of hot salty tap water that is offered in each room doesn't help at all. Shower in room 307 isn't working

we booked as a family of 6 and 2 children but our rooms were scattered on different floors. we were told that it’s Booking .com’s fault not the hotel’s one. fortunately after some persuasion to the staff, they understood and did they best to put us on one floor. when booking I was promised Wifi in the rooms but were told it’s not functioning yet.

We are always comfortable here,we love absolutely everything the balcony at the bedroom leading to the one in the sitting area was a great touch .... this place lives up to it's standard everytime... attention to detail everything just falls into place ❤️

Nothing...i could never fault them

I liked the quick response by staff to our requests e.g.when we told them about the floor (wet), they quickly corrected that, for that we give them 100%.

The interior gives that soothing effect we needed.The rooms are spacious and very beautiful.The Hotel is beautiful in and out with its staff members

I missed a buffet dinner but I know the hotel wasn't that full so I understand. Tea and coffee supplies in the room where very limited.

Rooms were clean.

I booked with Booking.com & it was not value for money. No Breakfast. When enquiry about the rate and it was not value for money, we were offered supper. Which we were grateful for, but the standard of food was terrible, very tasteless. Staff was not friendly. TV quality was very poor, need to upgrade.
