Such an amazing hotel, all staff so helpful and polite, they made you feel so welcome. Every single member of staff were so caring and we will miss you all. The restaurant food was outstanding and nothing was too much trouble especially with certain food allergies . I have never been anywhere so beautiful with wonderful views; hotel outstanding and the people so genuinely kind and and always there to help. Transfers to the cricket were punctual many thanks to Chris the driver always pleasant and going the extra mile. Thank you to every member of staff you are all amazing from Reception to the Restaurant to housekeeping a very big THANK YOU.

Nothing just perfect

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, stylish, clean with amazing views. The staff are all fantastic; front of house restaurant manager Ria looked after us amazingly and so did the chef and all his team. The food in the restaurant is absolutely beautiful and is fantastic value for the quality. The hotel spa is also amazing - the treatments available are great and the staff are incredibly helpful. Chris from the hotel drove us wherever we needed to go - he was amazing. I couldn't recommend this place enough to stay its absolutely beautiful!

The staff were helpful . The spa was exceptional. Loved the pool area . Breakfasts were delicious . Loved the setting , was very peaceful . Great for someone wanting to unwind and get a proper break.

I felt that the pizza oven should be available during the week , not only over the weekend. I would love to see variety on the menu , although it was fancy and well presented , sometimes the simple food is what many travellers are looking for.

Staff were super friendly and food was amazing. The view from the hotel was stunning. We wanted to stay longer. It is literally a hidden gem!

The spa wasn't that great. We paid for a 90 minute massage but only got 60 min. The splash pool was super dirty For some reason there were tons of flies everywhere, in the restaurant and the rooms. Quite a few things were also broken in our room.

I loved the room and the comfort it offered. The person that made our stay so welcome was Norma .She was so friendly , so helpful and so professional. She does her job with such passion and kindness. Truly Norma is such a gift to The Featherhill hotel. Thank you so much for such excellent service Norma. The one thing that needs to be improved the staff at the restaurant. We had breakfast which was delicious but the young lady who helped us seemed inexperienced and even told us we need to move because the table we were currently sitting at was goin to be used by other guests who would come for lunch. We were made to feel like we needed to hurry yet there were other tables that she could have reserved for the guests who were still coming and worse still was the fact that those guests were not even there. The restaurant staff brought cold coffee and it was quite an awkward experience .Just a suggestion -the chef probably needs to rethink the dinner menu because it is not as versatile as the breakfast one.Other than that the overall experience was great really enjoyed our stay.

restaurant staff who chased us from our table because "other guests were coming "i feel that could have been handled better.The inexperienced waitress who was the one who came to tell us that other guests would be coming to sit on the table we were using and so we need to hurry or we sit outside .

Dinner was exceptional. The sea bass was to die for. Everything was fantastic. I didn't want to leave. I will be back with my husband. From the start to the end my over nighter was exceptional. The GM Erik personally came over to great at my checkout. I loved the welcome drink and the fact that breakfast was included.

Please get solar power and scrap the gennie

The hotel room was really beautiful and comfortable. The well kept grounds and scenic views along with the decor in the hotel. The staff were all lovely and really helpful. Being there really made me happy!

The noise from the party that took place downstairs on my last night. They finished late and it only became quite just around 12am and also because it had started raining. I think the rain chased a few people away but others remained. Also, there was an odour that came from the drain on the last night.

Loved the view. Very clean rooms and luxurious. The food was n especially dessert was divine. Wish I had stayed longer

So I only had a problem with seating arrangements. I would prefer if guests were able to choose their own seats for supper. Also our table was ignored and waitress too long to take our order. When we needed something it was difficult to get any one attention

The location of the property was is on a hill😊,so exquisite 😊. The hotel is beautiful and very well kept. We felt welcomed from the moment we got there, the staff was friendly and full of smiles which made us feel relaxed and free to ask anything. The rooms where big and very clean, the air conditioner was working and the WiFi never disappointed us even for a minute. The view of the surrounding, mostly nature was just breathtaking and calming. The spa is also amazing and really liked the treatment. We enjoyed everything about our stay, Marinnah too good care of us.

Honestly there is nothing to fault about this magical hotel.

I was impressed by so many things, such as the luxurious room, customer care, attention to detail, helpfulness and friendliness of staff, and the delicious food. Nomsa was wonderful and went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable.
