eBundu Lodge

We like Bundu, we used to stay there often, the park is very nice for kids, the area is very quiet. The location is great if you come for business and leisure around the Riverside and White River area The rooms were clean, the showers were ok, it offers good value for money overall. The staff is nice and helpful.

It seems that the farm animals are no longer there, except for the sheep and goats. The horses did not seem to be taken care of. That can be improved. It is important to implement a procedure to make sure that the check-in staff returns the passport immediately upon checking-in. If they do not return it, the client might assume that they have, only to find out at the border that the passport is still at Bundu lodge. This cannot happen.

Hospitality the staff was very friendly as always. A big Thank you to Cc Machia i don't know if i got her name right , she's from the cleaning Dep During december holidays we were at bundu and it happend that i left my pj top,earpds and doek and to my surprise she kept my belongings safe for me she even washed them . I was so pleased when i received them back during my current trip. Thank to her .May God bless her and the entire team.

The wifi was down through out our stay. Managent please attend to this i don' want t to experience this again on my up coming trip. Please make sure that the guest are well connected with the wifi

The room (Room 39)i was staying at this time around ,it was up to my standard , it was spotless ,. On my next trip i would love to have the same room i had . What a lovely service we received from Ms Zanele at the Reception, not forgetting Mr Mbuyiselo and Police for their humanity. God bless the above mention and the whole stuff at large.

On the 27th of dec 2022 till the 1st of Jan 2023 i was at ebundu lodge and when i checked out i accidentally left my earpods, white doek,hair spry and my pyjam top And i couldn't find them back as i was there recently .i kindly urge the stuff to please look for my things as i will be returning during the easter holidays if not december.

Everything about the lodge was super. The location was perfect, beautiful to see, great personnel (from the security guys, reception staff and cleaning staff).

We had to drive out to get the food we wanted to eat, the restaurant didn't have most of the food advertised in their menu. It was extremely hot when we arrived and there was no cold water provided in the rooms, we had to go buy water in town.

The room was beautiful, spacious and clean. The green color scheme looked refreshing and cool in the summer heat!! The beds were comfortable to sleep in and we enjoyed the balcony very much. We loved the aircon in the room. The gardens were beautiful and a bliss to walk in and the swimming pool was amazing!!! We also loved the farm animals on the property.

The aircon dripped water on one of the beds, we moved the bed away but then the floor was wet of all the water dripping from the aircon.

Our room was very private from the kids bedroom, it was also safe and the car parking is by the door. the rooms were cool and the pool was clean. The staff was very friendly and enjoy seeing the animals.

The towels were a little old and the pillow case and sheets smells like mould. Out double bed was not comfortable, It is old that we kept on rolling to the middle of the bed.

The room was a great size for the family. Clean and well maintained.

The aircon was not working at all. We had to request a fan from the reception which also did not work very well.

It’s very a beautiful place and very peaceful ,loved the furniture it’s aesthetically pleasing it has a touch of african style

They didn’t have proper spoons and plates for the room and as well as irons

I think there is room for improvement in terms of breakfast being served. Please do not decide for guests what you guys offer. Not everyone is for scrambled eggs. Secondly if was mentioned its a buffet, why am i limited on what to dish up on my plate?

Breakfast i was not impressed with. Could security personnel stop asking guests for drinks or any form of token.

I love the fact that it's somewhere that's quite quiet and somewhat isolated from the city whilst being close by if needed.

All was well, but I was a bit disappointed not having been able to see some of the animals as advertised.
