Busan Station BUSAN VIEW HOTEL

Spacious room, very modern. Good isolation overall, little noise from outside (Busan train station nearby). The main person we had for check-in and to help us with the issue with the first room was very nice and helpful. Overall very nice stay despite the first issue with the bathroom for night 1. Location very handy - 2min from Busan station. Good choice of cafes and convenience stores nearby.

We booked this hotel for 2nights. We should have gotten the Deluxe Suite with sea view (as per reservation) but when we checked-in we got a smaller room on the 10th floor. We didn't realise this immediately. This room had a broken bathtub - impossible to use it as the water wouldn't stay in. We asked during night time the staff for help - that second person was not helpful at all, and refused to change our room at first. Fortunately, in the end the person came in the room to check and told us that tomorrow morning we will get a new room. The day after we finally for the Deluxe Suite. This one was perfect. I recommend this place overall. First person we had at check-in and the second day in the morning was super nice.

It is very near to Busan Station. Perfect if you have KTX or subways to use. Surrounded by many eateries. Our check in was very smooth despite coming late at abt 6pm.. The room was clean, spacious and big for the three of us. Toilet was clean with big bathtub and shower.. comes with bidet too. Great!

There was no one at the counter when we needed help at 5am. Sensor issue in our room...there was a continuous beeping sound.. lights kept flickering and switching on and off by itself. My husband literally had to go down to the counter and shouted "Hello...hello"...but no one was around. And the phone in the room couldn't be used. In the end, we just bear with it till it turned fine by itself. Other than this, if you don't have any issues, the hotel.is perfectly fine.

Towels need to be provided as regular size and not tea towel size.

The staff were great. Very friendly and helpful. Location was a bit of a walk from the station but there were many restaurants around the hotel. There is also a laundry mart downstairs.

The room was a bit small for the number of people that we had. There was no dedicated shower stall in the washroom. The staircase was packed with a lot of junk. It makes the place look very untidy. The price that we paid were suppose to come with breakfast. Unfortunately we had to check out at about 5:30am in the mroning to head to the airport. When we told the staff, they told us that they would not be offering us any breakfast. And there was no reimbursement for that. Since we booked a room for 5, we felt that it was not fair.

The view from the window is just amazing. You can go up the to roof and it is so beautiful, so Busan. The staff is friendly and so helpful. The room is so so clean and the bed, is the most comfortable bed I did sleep in SKorea. The room is clean, the bathtub is amazing in the bathroom. The place is the best, next to the Busan Station, the Chinatown is so close, and everything is so reachable from here. Honestly, I cannot book the better place in Busan. The price is affordable. Although there is no washing machine in the hotel, I did find the place 15 min far away (by walk) where I could wash my clothes for a good price.

Awesome value. Not a 5 star hotel but great for what you pay! Less than 5 minute walk to Busan Station. Room was big, comfortable, and clean. Love the square tub! Some food options nearby that are open late.

Luggage before/after check in/out is kept in the lobby across front desk. While it's in line of sight of staff, I'd feel it would be more secure if it could be kept away from the public. They probably don't have enough space in the office. Nothing was lost or stolen but just a thought. We didn't leave anything too value behind though.

I’ve stayed here before and after a bad experience with a different hotel in the area I took refuge here :) Staff did not speak English, but tried best and offered very kind support - no communication problem despite language barrier. There was an issue with my first room, they immediately gave me another room. The rooms are exactly as on the photos and clean, matresses have a plastic cover under the linen to prevent any dirt getting through. Very very nice view from the seaside rooms and with closed windows, no noise from outside at all. Sadly due to the approaching Typhoon, I had to leave early to catch a Bus to my next destination.

The location is right next to the train station, lone travelling women might not feel comfortable walking around during night (many drunk people). But for a business trip or honey weekend perfectly fine ;)

Room was big and comfortable. Huge bathtub. Nice view of the bridge and railway. Very convenient location. Extremely close to Busan station. Internet speed was great!

The towels were small

The Busan View Hotel is at a very convenient walking distance away from the Busan train station and ferry harbor. There's a metro station as well nearby, while the Chinatown is right across for your sightseeing and good restaurants. Our room was very big, with quite some amenities. The separate bathroom area made things comfortable, while its bathtub was truly huge and relaxing.

For the very light sleepers: the hotel is right opposite train tracks, and the KRT remains active until late night and restarts early morning. The hotel have double glazed windows, nevertheless you'll hear the trains moving a bit.
