Grand Josun Busan

All the staff i met were very friendly, they were trying their best to communicate with us using English, they even provided us the complimentary birthday cake and party pack for my son's birthday The facilities are great, especially the heated pool and gym Room was clean everyday with the complimentary snack in the fridge just right in front of Heundae Beach and walking distance (less than 1km) to sky capsule train station. Many restaurants within walking distance and shinsegae was just 3 train stop away

The location, facilities and service was great! I was travelling on my own and asked the staff on reception LOTS of questions about how to get around Busan and the tourist attractions on offer. They took the time to explain everything and printed off maps to help me find my way. The hotel is close to the beach, restaurants and shops, and a short walk from the subway station and bus stop. In addition, it was a leisurely walk to Blueline Park and a few other tourist attractions. I got to see the lunar eclipse and watch the sun rise - so I loved it there. I was very impressed with my stay that I can't wait to return again next year!

Breakfast was about 55,000 KRW (quite expensive compared with the other 4-star hotels I stayed at in Korea) so I decided to eat elsewhere. The washing machine and dryer are in Korean so it would've been helpful to get instructions in English. One of the staff actually came up to the guest laundry and showed me how to work the machines, so I was really grateful.

This was our first visit to Busan, and we decided to splurge. This facility lived up to its reputation. We faced the beach and looked down on the pool, what a location! Everything you expect from a luxury hotel was here, including in building restaurants and Starbucks, free laundry facility for guest use, well attended pool, and in an amazing location. We walked along the beach at night (so safe, what I imagine Miami to be like except safe!) and with many good restaurant choices also in walking distance.

I can't imagine what could have made this better. It deserves all the glowing reviews. Location, staff, cleanliness, and extra details were all as we'd hoped for.

This hotel is the perfect introduction of what Busan is about to me - beach, chill and beautiful. the room is instagrammable, the bed was comfy and hotel has starbucks at lvl 4 and 24 hours convenience store with things that you may need. i miss it already!! to come here from Busan station, exit 5 (elevator) from Haeundae mrt.

Very posh, upscale hotel right on 해운대. Luxury is its brand, and well deserved. Room was exquisite and guest service exceptional. This was the highlight of our trip tp Busan. Delicious and well- staffed breakfast with made to order espresso and lattes. Spa was jjimjilbang style, we could spend an entire day at the spa alone - wish there were better instructions for non-Hangukuh speakers. Outdoor infinity pool small with very limited seating... indoor lap pools large. But since it was raining, no issues using the pools. I cannot say enough about the quality of guest service and attention to detail - excellent, friendly, helpful, kind. Exemplified everything I love about 부산!!!

To be infinitely picky, I wish they changed the entrees at the delicious, hot breakfast buffet in the morning. This is the worst thing I can think of. Everything was exceptional.

We booked the kids room overlooking the beach and it was just amazing. The hotel smells lovely and we were always glad to just come back after a day of being out to relax and unwind. Hotel is right alongside the beach, and walks along the promenade at night was so relaxing. There are no strong waves at the beach so swimming and relaxing on the beach was very peaceful. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. Rooms were very clean, with very comfortable beds, and warmly lit. The kids room had a bonus Air purifier, kids robe and even kids shampoo. The interior was pleasantly designed and upkept. I'm picky with hotel bathrooms and beds, but these also exceeded my expectations. Made my stay very comfortable. In addition, the kids floor included a washer and dryer which was much needed. Thankyou very much for these facilities. There was also a library of rentable kids things which makes parent travel with even greater ease. e.g. prams, cots, high chairs. The gym was fully equiped with sufficient amount of machines. You could also borrow gym t-shirts and shorts if you didn't bring your gym clothes. A few gym classes were also available on a timetable. We didn't have the included breakfast as we wanted to be out and explore the cities's food, but the restaurant there looked amazing. They also have a 24hr emart available in the building for those late night snacks or drinks.

only the fact that I didn't get enough time to spend at the hotel. I will need to come back again!

Nice and spacious rooms in a good location with lots of restaurants and a street food market around the corner Very nice breakfast (which is very expensive in comparison to other hotels but worth to try at least once)

The outdoor pool is really tiny (I would not call that a pool) There are a lot of other facilities like a sauna and Spa but the hotel does unfortunately not communicate on it enough so we discovered it too late (we would have loved to try it out and were ready to pay for it on our last day but were told that it’s not possible for guests who already checked out).

The hotel is literraly on the beach. If you take a seaview room then you have an amazing close up front seat to watch the sun set. The hotel itself is very pretty and unusual with a deli for cakes, ice cream and afternoon tea with assorted baked delights. The colours in the hotel are soft tone are uninvasive. Generally a modern take on old world design.

The pool area turns into a nursery for children. The breakfast room is open to the public but on weekends means lining up to get breakfast. I have never had that before at any hotels I have stayed at.

The hotel is super pretty with lovely design details everywhere. The gym was great. The pool looked great even though I didn't get to use it. I have to give shout-outs to the lady that works the night shift and the lady that works the morning (9am shift) during my stay. They helped me in the process of retrieving my camera that I lost on the bus, so I'm super grateful. Overall I'd highly recommend this hotel. It even has a bakery, Starbucks and convenience store inside.

I didn't know the sights are so far apart. This hotel is good if you are not travelling very far and only want to check nearby area. If you stay here be prepared to take 1 hr metro to just about everywhere, one-way.

Everything! The room was wonderfully spacious and delightful, clean and well maintained. The hotel location was superb with the Haeundae beach right outside the hotel! The railway wasn’t too far away although during our stay in Busan, we mainly took the buses - which was super convenient. Special mention to the Reception/Concierge staff who were so helpful throughout and even seamlessly booked a taxi for us that punctually arrived and brought us to the station. Amazing. Definitely a 5* Hotel through and through.
