Universal Hotel Romantica

To me this hotel should be 4 starts and not 3! :) We asked for all inclusive package. The food choice was amazing. The service was great. The room was perfect size and very comfortable for a long staying. We will definitely go back. The people who work at this hotel have real service vocation, totally recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to have a relaxing and family friendly environment.

Nothing! All was perfect.

I really liked the pool and the wooden terrace to chill in front of the ocean. I really recommend everyone to bring running shoes to start the morning with a quick run on the great sidewalk that is built along the coast. Such a perfect promenade! The breakfast buffet was great too. Staff was very nice.

I could not use the wifi one single time on my laptop, which was very stressful for my work. A hotel of this standing should really have a basic working wifi.

It was clean, spacious and parts were modern. Food was delicious with so many options to choose from. Pools were great and we never had problems getting loungers. Right next to the sea which was perfect for swimming and snorkelling. Lovely walks including a beautiful beach with white sands and crystal clear blue sea. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Good entertainment most nights.

Some parts need upgrading but this didn’t affect our stay.

Hotel is well located close to the beach, city center, bus stop. It has nice facilities - with outdoor swiming pool and kid's area (located on-side of hotel). It has great kitchen, with big choice of dishes. Everything was fresh and tasty. Room was simple, air-conditioned, with small firdge. I had a nice view from my window and balcony.

Room needs a bit restoration - it's a bit old-fashion equipped. Room wasn't soundproof. Quite long queues to check-out.

Everything amazing,this hotel exceeded my expectations, wonderful staff, breakfast,cleanliness, always a great mood, evening programs, pool... I would like to return to this hotel soon.

Amusement for children and adults is very nice. In general food is OK. The hotel is accommodating birthdays and they can prepare a cake for you.

Drinks are not included for dinner. I don't have problem with that, but they are selling bottle of water for 4EUR, which is outrageous. Sometimes selected food is not so tasty, but there is always alternative option as it's buffet based. Breakfast could have more variance. You need to pay for the pool towel.

Reception staff were fantastic as were the restaurant and housekeeping staff. Nice to have free filtered water in the reception area to fill up our own bottles too!

Location is very great. On the calm place, near the wonderful sand beach.

Pillows were not comfortable. Rooms little oldfasioned.

Everything about this hotel is amazing. Staff food drinks pool and rooms. Food gets a 5* from us. We have a gluten and dairy intolerance staff went above and beyond to make sure my son had freshly baked gluten free bread every day. Food quality was amazing staff were so lovely in every area of the hotel. I even extended my stay. Will definitely be visiting again

The staff were super nice!

The only problem with the hotel was that cleaning made a lot of noise and we always couldn't sleep good, because cleaning lady, who was extremely nice and sweet, was pulling the bed on the ground to clean either the underneath or change the duvet... Other than that the hotel was good it could be a bit cleaner though!
