The hotel room was clean and nice, with comfy beds. Good location for an exploration holiday, close to the bus station for Palma, about 15-20 min. with 25 or 23 bus (2 euros paid to the driver). Very good breakfast but not so many options when it comes to dinner. The dinner desserts from low quality ingredients, horrible ice cream. Plenty of food, but low-quality products used in the preparation. At least you can find fruits.

Slow elevators that can't keep up with the flow of tourists, 2 from 3 elevators are designed for two people. A bit noisy, rooms are very poorly insulated. We were woken up every morning by the neighbor’s slamming doors. For the first two nights we have heard planes taking off every 5 minutes, but after few days we get used with the noise. We are using our own bath cosmetics and there is no place where to put it in the shower cabin. On April 27th there was no water supply until late in the night. It was terrible, no shower, no toilet… Hotel should give us at least one bottle for tooth washing.

Location, pool view... spaceous Sabin is extremely amazing and fantastic in his customer service! Same goes with Maria who is very helpful and attentive

The receptionist with curly hair, he is a bit older and he doesnt know how to smile, he answers the phone like without manners, no greetings and sounded very unwilling to help. True enough enough anything we ask he doesnt extend any help. He is lazy and doesnt even want to stand up from his chair in the reception, The rest were great. He is the reason I cannot give a good star for overall

We have stayed here numerous times, in May we take our grandson for 4 days, he loves it. The pool is huge, a tad chilly at times, but just grin and bear it, and get in. He loves the food, and he can be a picky eater, but there was always something he could eat. The location is excellent, very near to the beach. Staff are wonderful, we have got to know some of them, the lovely Conchi is still there, and always remembers us. Good stay had by all, thanks very much.

Nothing really. The only thing missing is an outside toilet, you have to go near reception if you need the loo, and can be dodgy if you are wet from the pool.

It was my second stay at this hotel. I always had an early flight and I was at the hotel before 9am already. My room was ready straight away without any extra fees. This time they upgraded me and got a swimming pool/sea view room. Excellent location from/to the airport. The bus stop is just 1 min from the hotel and in 10 minutes you are in Palma center. (take the bus 25 and not 35) Breakfast and dinner both with good variety. Everyone can find something. Staff at the reception very kind and helpful however restaurant staff could be a bit more client focused. I don't expect big chat but just a small smile(behind the mask:) ) or kind sentence would be nice. But probably it is because of the lack of proper English. They do the job and that is all. But all together nothing to complain :) Wifi at the pool not (really) working. If you wanna enjoy the morning sun at the swimming pool then 'reserve' your sunbed before breakfast, follow the typical tourist habit :) otherwise until noon your sunbed will be in the shadow. Very close to the beach and several supermarkets just around the corner. I will definitely go back:)

The collation of the hotel is just perfect. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

The only two things which I will improve. The bathroom need a good cleaning service. My room was fr the main road so very noisy. I’m working I’m central London so not very happy of hearing noise from the road on my vacation. Second thing is the food in the hotel. When I arrive I did upgrade my stay and I book dinner for whole week, and very disappointed. Quality of food very poor- for each dinner I was eating only one salad each day and French fries as they was looking fresh. Breakfast only fruits and only white melon as others wasn’t ready to eat. Even the coffee wasn’t good.

Breakfast is amazing: all you can imagine: breads, tropical fruits, sausages and cheeses, a cake area, eggs, omelettes, Everything fresh and very clean restaurant! Congratulations to the Hotel kitchen staff!. The room was spacious, comfortable, very clean and the Hotel seemed to have been recently renovated! It is very well located next to a nice beach, the city center and the airport and despite being close you can't hear the planes! Thanks to the tall guy at the reception, Jesus, I think his name is, very kind and helpful, he recommended us very interesting places, delicious restaurants! Such a friendly staff, I would like him for my business! Thank you, your welcome charmed my wife and me :)

In my opinion the pool could close later!

Excellent location with great sense of security, close to the beach, airport, bus stop, bars etc. Staff were very helpful with all queries. Checkout and breakfast was provided at 5am and an airport taxi called. Very comfortable large pool area with bar and food. As a solo traveller I would recommed this hotel.

Coffee making facilities in rooms would be great. Food choices at the dinner buffet were sometimes pureed which was a big turnoff. Peas should be served as peas etc. Alot of dishes had multiple foods combined which did not always look edible or taste so good. Overall this was a good buffet with lots of choice and staff put a great amount of work into the selections. The variety of desserts and sweets were amazing.

gorgeous location, practically on the beach front. Hotel staff were all so lovely and helpful and everything ran so smoothly. We paid extra for brealfast which was 100% worth it, really great selection of food. Room was clean (if a little dusty) and housekeeping was efficient. Super close to the airport and palma, would definitely stay again

€20 for the evening buffet was a little steep unless you're going all out on 3 courses/all you can eat. The hotel entertainment was lacking but possibly because of the guests- very chilled slightly older crowd. Wifi we struggled to get in our room, had to be downstairs

The reception team was great very helpful and ready to answer all requests and accommodate them. The food was amazing too and with a larger variety than I was expecting. My most sincere compliments to the chefs and catering manager.

Let me start with that I respect all cleaners and their hard work with such a large hotel. However I wasn't happy fully with daily room cleaning. It looks like they were cleaning the floor each other day , rather than everyday. Also I felt that a 4 star hotel was supposed to trust its guests much more. We needed a kettle and iron and we were asked for a 20€ deposit per item. When it is already supposed to be in the room. Also we were missing simple water glasses. Also when we received the kettle it was full of lime scale which I felt shouldn't be a case.

After the bad news of cancellation of our flight, my friends and I found ourselves that we did not know where to spend the night comfortably, in order to sleep peacefully after the nerves and chaos of the airport. We found the hotel, very close to the airport with a very good connection by bus and taxi. Our flight left the next day very early. The best thing was the warm welcome at reception from Mr. Ricardo, who provided us with a better room than the one we had reserved on booking so we could sleep more peacefully. The rooms were perfect to rest. We were very happy, the next time we return to Mallorca, without a doubt, we will book the Leo hotel for our stay. Thank you very much for calming our nerves and keeping an eye on us.
