Every member of the staff was amazing, so helpful. Room spacious cleaned every day. Loved the quiet area to sunbathe.

The food was a little disappointing on an AL . Breakfast & Lunch was good, evening meals disappointing, not a lot of choice, very repetitive. Great if you wanted pizzas & salads. Evening entertainment is not good. The bar man worked most nights on his own rushed of his feet. Ques for drinks. There are plenty of bars and restaurants on the strip . We ate out a couple of nights. It's very cheap to eat out. I would definitely return to the hotel for the staff rooms location only on BB base.

All of the staff were exceptable, they really work hard. The location is excellent. The room was really big and clean. The food was really good (went all inclusive). Pool bar had hotdogs/donughts/ice cream, tea coffee, beer wine, cocktails. Plenty of sunbeds, they are strict about sunbed hogging which is great. There's another pool which is more chilled out with Bali beds, available as an upgrade for 25euro a day. For 5 euro a day you can upgrade to branded drinks. You can upgrade to a pool view room , the ones facing the pool bar have all day sunshine. Upgrades are really not needed to be fair, if you need anything thd hotel will accommodate you. There was music at the bigger pool but it wasn't too loud, it was tolerable. There's an on site self service launderette. The bar at night had children's entertainment at 8.30 to 9. Then from 9.30 the animation team put on karaoke, quiz's, local entertainers came in too. It wasn't really my cup of tea but I have seem much worse! Everyone just got on with it and joined in. Queue for bar was a bit long at times, mainly due to only having one barman on. Soft drinks/tea /coffee were self service.

Some other guests behaviour was my only complaint! . All inclusive buffets bring out gluttony in people, there was plenty of food, regularly restocked and yet plates were stacked high! The workers kept on top of replenishing food, we always left a small tip after every meal, I didn't see any other table do the same.

The room was very big, clean and comfortable (but quite far from everything). The breakfast and dinner were excellent, huge variety of food and drink. It is in a good location, shops, restaurants and bus stop are close.

The water in the pool was very cold. The remote controller for the smart TV was very basic, we wanted to watch movies from a pendrive, but it was impossible.

Gym was very old & a lot of the equipment was broken or in disrepair & no aircon Staff presumed I was trying to access lunch without paying & made me feel uncomfortable Cold pool!

The location of the complex is absolutely perfect for everything. You are right where all the action is and also only a 20-minute walk to the harbor where you can jump on a ferry to Lanzerote for the day or choose other activities to do like a trip on a catamaran or to visit the volcano or the island of Lobos. The hotel itself caters for everyone, couples, families, solo travelers etc. it is fully equipped for people with disabilities too. It has two distinct pools - one lively pool which can get busy, it has a great atmosphere and is where families seem to really enjoy. There is also a second pool at the back of the complex that we called the 'library pool', so quiet that you could hear a pin drop! However, we utilized both pools because in the afternoon we loved to have a siesta, and this was the perfect place to have one - it was also less breezy and felt significantly warmer. All of the staff work tirelessly to make your holiday amazing. The waiters never stop, and I love how the manager visits and hands out drinks and generally helps out when he needs to. New Year's Eve gala dinner was absolutely fantastic too. I have seen some really bad reviews regarding the food in this place and we do not have one complaint! By nature, all-inclusive dining will not be a la carte. Instead, you get a good variety of food to sort all tastes.

This is not the hotels' fault but on busy days there were people turning up to the pool, putting down their towels then leaving them for hours, only to use them for a short while at the end of the day. I know this is a common issue with all hotels. Also, occasionally the bar queue was quite long. One night I waited 15 minutes to be served only for a couple to go straight to the front and get served!

The reusable drinks cups for poolside and bins to place them in. Rooms comfortable Cleaners did a great job when requested to tidy rooms during stay

Lack of signage on some food prep areas that people would queue up at where chef was cooking eggs or pancakes only for them to have a different place for people to get them onto there plates. The staff were sometimes abrupt in directing people that they were in the wrong queue. Not alot of selection for snacks available during the day at poolside. Some areas on theme nights unmanned so unable to choose the options that were meant to be cooked as single portions to your liking.

The breakfast was good with a reasonable choice. Real orange juice would have been better that a powdered/concentrate drink dispensed from a machine. Plenty of seating available, inside or outside. It was a 15 minute walk into the harbour area where there are many bars and restaurants - it was a daily pleasant and easy walk.

A sauna was advertised and even included in the welcome sheet handed out on arrival - but there is no sauna. My shower drain was partially blocked so the water overflowed onto the bathroom floor. I reported this on two occasions but it was not fixed during my stay.

Nice spacious rooms, all have a balcony or outdoor seating area although not necessarily a “view”. Plenty of choices at meal times. Walkable distance to explore everything, shops, port, dunes, etc. Near the bus stop to get the (first) bus to the airport. Plenty of trips on offer from the hotel. Overall a pleasant experience.

Very very nice Hotel. Staff was super lovely, went above and beyond. Great location- it was quiet, but just few mins away from the main street, shops and restaurants. Food was excellent- plenty of meat, fish and vegetarian options. We were very Happy to get the room early (arrived at 10:30am and the room was ready at 12). Staff helped to organise a lovely Birthday surprise and added extra bits to make our stay even more special. I could not recommend this Hotel enough. Very important to note that it is much much better Than Hotel the Corralejo Beach, wanted to note for those who are considering between these hotels. (Had booked Beach Hotel first, but we were extremely dissapointed and had to change after the first night) Labranda Hotel was excellent!!

I didn’t expect much from this place and I got nicely surprised. The variety of food is great and they even have gluten free options ( even though very limited) The entertainment in the pool was good. Rooms are big and spacious. The location os amazing, just in the center.
