Hotel Club Siroco - Adults Only

Absolutely perfect for me, the Serenity Area is lovely snd quiet, it is safe and comfortable.. During the day I want all of that, plus a fabulous pool, our own bar that serves great cocktails and perfectly adequate facilities in your apartment if you want to shop and cater for yourself. It’s a short stroll to the beach and town for more bars and restaurants, pretty much any style of food. Taxi rank and bus stop outside for trips further afield. All staff friendly snd helpful.. a gem of a place

Location, breakfast, cleanliness, friendly, very well looked after, mini golf was really good, and adults only was a bonus! We didnt stay in the serenity side and I wouldn’t next time either. Our room was perfect for what we needed, not really sure theres much difference between the 2 sides of the hotel.

No air-con but it was winter so it was bearable! Summer I imagine is hot! Not enough sockets in the room, not even 1 in the bedroom which was unusual. Dinner wasn’t great, it was ok. We ate out every evening after trying it.

Breakfast buffet style, plentiful, fresh, staff very friendly, rooms spotlessly clean.

Fans, bit disappointed none available to hire, I’d of pre booked if aware non available, was not until our arrival we realised non in our room. We booked the serenity area, very disappointed other guests reserved sun beds from 6am onwards, when we went to use the pool no sun beds were available.

We were in Serenity and found that there were not enough ‘umbrellas’ around the pool. People were putting towels out as early as 6.30 a.m. and not going to them until mid morning or later. There was a large group on our second weeks which most of them had ground floor apartments but they still saved beds in the shade around the pool.

I would totally recommend and definitely return here. Our stay was amazing. Despite the fact there was a lot of work, stuff at restaurant was always polite and kind. Mr. Angel always greated us with a smile and made our mornings very pleasant. There was always big choice in the restaurant and food was good. BIG THANKS to reception, specially Catharina for all the help and informations we required during our stay. Thank you so much, you made our vacation wonderful.

Nice clean apartment, useful kitchen area, comfortable beds, friendly staff.

Showers were not the warmest or very strong! Because we had a 2 bedroom apartment we were on the first floor.. The balcony was small and very very hot most of the day with no shade provided. We had nowhere to sit outside and enjoy the warm weather without getting burnt. Also, thanks to the the very many inconsiderate guests who plonked their towels around the pool at 8 in the morning, there was little availability of loungers to enjoy the pool area till later in the afternoon. The hotel had a policy on leaving towels on loungers but did nothing to enforce it. I do understand it cannot be easy for hotel staff but I did not want my own holiday to be spoilt by challenging other hotel residents.

Everything, we have stared here a few times. We had a different foom this time and found the bedroom very small, we struggled to get into the wardrobes because the bed only just fitted in

Spent 5 Night at the Club Siroco in both the Serenity Area and the Regular Area. Serenity Area was very chilled. Perfect for Relaxing by the pool. Bar staff where fantastic Great Service. Rooms where perfect for what we needed, Great size & kept very clean. Would definitely say this hotel suit older holiday makers who are after a quiet holiday

Check out was at 12 oclock but the key card stopped working after 11 so had to go to reception to reactivate.

My only complaint was the food at dinner. Whilst it tasted delicious individually, you could not put together a meal. it was a mis-match of everything. Please provide a shower room for people who cannot get a late check out.

The location was perfect. Walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. Every one was so friendly. The apartment provided everything you need. The whole hotel was very clean, and they were very Covid conscious which is reassuring.

The hotel is in a really nice location. All were friendly and nice. There are even activities organized by “animator” during the days. Dinners were tasty and varied. Breakfast was the same every day. We missed some vegetable for breakfast but still there was quite a big selection for breakfast. We had a nice stay!
