check-in and check-out , the terrace , the view , easy access to Old Town by near bus stop helpful staff , easy parking

Maintenance was inadequate 1) light bulb burned out in hallway 2) 2 light bulbs burned out in lamp over bathroom sink 3) shower soap dispenser empty 4) outside umbrella very difficult impossible to move up and down 5) the A.C was a window unit and was unable to cool the whole unit.

We had a perfect stay! The view is amazing!! But the apartment is also very nice. The beds are good, bathroom perfect and everything you need (Washing machine, coffee, thee, dishwasher and basics in the bathroom). Best about the stay are the girls at the reception, extremely nice and attentive. We asked for a few things which they attended Immediatly.

There are A few things getting A little older, but everything works perfect. The only thing they could improve is the chairs at the diningtable. The table is much higher so you can’t really work at it. There is however a Nice workspace downstairs and we had a balcony with a table to work on.

We really liked our stay in Irenaz Resort Apartementos. The receptionists were super friendly and it was a big bonus for us that it was pet friendly. The beds were suuuuper comfy, it was quiet, it was clean. The price was very reasonable and was good value for what you get. We took the car to go to the city center of San Sebastian because it was only a 10-minute drive. I would recommend!

The small light in the single bed room wasn't working, so we only had the big ceiling light which was a bit harsh. It would have been great if we could buy some more drinks or snacks at the hotel. All the rest was perfect.

The property is amazing and the views of the hills are breathtaking it was immaculate on arrival and the staff were fantastic , welcoming and very professional, beds are particularly comfortable and kitchen has all that a kitchen requires.there’s private parking behind remote controlled gates ,we absolutely loved this place and would recommend 110%

We had a discussion about the 'pet charge' that through Booking.com is not as transparent and up front (at booking) as it needs to be - all was sorted in the end to our mutual satisfaction. Booking.com need to sort this source of conflict between host & guest which has been with us for over five years now🤷

The complex and room were very nice and the staff extremely efficient and helpful

The Irinaz is some way from the centre of San Sebastian a 50 minute walk to steps that lead down to the beach. However it is on a main bus route that offers a good route into the town at under 2 euros each. The live timetable for all buses is on Googlemaps so very easy to get to the bus stop on time. We had a dog with us and more information regarding dogs on the buses would have been helpful - for your information dogs are allowed on buses if they have a muzzle and some of the buses insist on you carrying them - still very easy once you have done it - our dog is a cockerpoo weighing 13kg. Please use this information for future guests if you wish

Beautifull view on the terras and spacious appartemente with private parking place. Clean and very comfortable. Transport to beach is perfect and San Sebastiaan is a great city and lovely beaches and restaurants. Some things can be approved like doors which jam a lot and more glasses available for 4 persons.

I loved the cleanlinesses of the apartment the comfortable beds , the kitchen area the fluffiness of the towels in the bathroom the outside space and the amazing views The staff made access to the apartment so easy as we arrived really late at night as they sent me all the information I needed

the garden outside the room the table outside the fully furnished bathroom including bidet and great shower the staff was very supportive in helping us with washing our clothes available coffee in the room

we could not get a parking inside, which we would have appreciated to recharge our hybrid car it would have benefitted from a swimming pool missing washing machine in our studio bigger pot for cocking pasta and the like for four

spacious apartment with great view. very friendly and efficient staff. good location, 10-15 min drive to San Sebastian. if travelling with dog, good walking possibilites for dog nearby as well

oven/ microwave missing instructions. kitchen table and chairs not matching pair, table was too high.
