Nicely sized rooms, walk out balcony. Modern, high end bathroom, supportive, comfortable bed, everything was spotlessly clean. Staff were pleasant and helpful, and were able to accommodate.my needs by working in English. Salt water pool was refreshing and a great place to unwind after an active day. Safe street parking available across from and near hotel.

Location was close to A7 highway, so there is always a background hum of sound. While the seashore was a 5 minute walk, the start includes crossing two non-pedrestrian marked traffic circles (requiring clamboring overr a few steel guard rails) and an A7 highway overpass, not a pleasant part of the walk.

Very good Hotel with an amazing pool set in lush tropical gardens. Always sun loungers available and we loved the fact that everyone observed the no reserving rule. Pool lovely and long for lengths and very refreshing for a cool down from the hot sun. Plenty of shade under the palm trees too. All in all we had a brilliant time at the Hotel and the best thing about it was the staff. The service we received from them was second to none and we thought they were possibly the friendliest, most helpful, hardworking staff we have ever come across. Nothing was too much trouble and it really made our stay enjoyable. Our room was cleaned beautifully every day and the bed was large and extremely comfy. The balcony was roomy and had a lovely view overlooking the pool and gardens and out to sea. The food is the best value for money. We were blown away that for Euros23 we could get a 3 course meal in the restaurant and the food was amazing (very big portions too). Drinks were also reasonably priced and the service in the restaurant was quick and attentive. Breakfast was nice too with a good selection and everything laid out perfectly. On the last day we discovered room service and what a treat it was to eat our meal on the balcony with wine and a view! Would definitely recommend this Hotel to anyone wanting a relaxing break and enjoy the sunshine. Taxis are on hand outside if you want to venture out and about.

The wi-fi was quite weak in places and a couple of times it kicked us off and we were using our 4G. The surrounding area outside is quite busy and it was sad to see litter on the streets and pavements. We were quite surprised that the Hotel had no facilities for re-cycling and there is a lot of plastic that gets thrown in the domestic waste, which is a shame, but it seems like this is normal for this area.

It was my second stay and whenever I am back in this area, I will stay here again. Rooms are clean and big, terrace with pool view is lovely, staff is super friendly and helpful, parking garage is an extra bonus. Even though very close to the highway it is very quiet.

In the nice big bathroom, if you are taking a bath, the faucet in the shower is a little high and the hose for the shower head is a little short. So if your are taking a bath in the wonderful big bathtub, you have to get up every time you need to turn on or off the showerhead. Not sure if that is only the case in my room but I believe it was the same in the room I stayed before.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 days. All our expectations were met. A wonderful SPA with a large set of hydromassage, sauna, hammam, ice water pool, swimming pool. Excellent Gym. Very spacious, there are many exercise machines. We used the gym every day, and it was practically private for us. All this will restore your body. The breakfasts are varied, always fresh fruit. The staff is very responsive and friendly. I was very pleased with the underground parking of the hotel. We will return to this hotel again!

The hotel needs renovation. But it didn't negatively affect our vacation.

We loved the food at dinner and breakfast. Comfy pillows and beds, we didn't get a chance to try the pool but all looked amazing. Also staff was very accommodating and friendly.

The food was good, but there is no a la Carte for dinner, and there is too much food in the set menu. You don't want to waste but that is impossible to eat. The first course is like a main, the main course is like a double main. And then there is a dessert. A bit of calorie count would really help guests to enjoy the dinner more. You cannot possibly eat 1500/2000 calories at 9 /10pm at night. But you pay for them as the set menu is the only option.

Overall, my experience at the hotel was excellent. The room was spacious and well-appointed, providing a comfortable and pleasant stay. Additionally, the breakfast was delightful, offering a range of delicious options to suit various dietary requirements. I highly recommend checking the hotel's website for packages and special deals, as they offer great value for money. Unfortunately, I was unable to avail myself of the spa services due to time constraints, but I look forward to doing so on my next visit. Furthermore, I was thoroughly impressed by the level of service provided by the staff. They were exceedingly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which enhanced my overall experience. In conclusion, I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a top-notch stay in the area. I look forward to returning in the future.

Booked a last minute stay after having had to leave my parents house after an argument that morning, I arrived at the hotel quite shaken and the staff where beyond amazing, they made me feel right at home, and went out of their way to give me a free upgrade, I ended up having the best room in the hotel, complete with massive outside terrace and hot tub!! Thank you soo much to the man who attended me, you turned what had started off as a terrible day into an amazing one. Proof that there are angels that walk among us! Cannot recommend this place enough!

Great hotel, booked at the last minute for 3 days whilst travelling through Spain. Room absolutely fab, huge bed, white cotton linen, fluffy towels and great quality products on the bathroom. Loved that we had a bath and shower and that the toilet/bidet were separate. Pool area fab. Breakfast amazing, everything one could want, nice local foods too.

Just the location that's all, but it didn't bother us too much we had a car.

I highly recommend this hotel, it had everything we expected and more. The pool is wonderful the pool snack bar was amazing.

The only think that i would say is that the breakfast buffet looks amazing, they have everything even gluten free but it would be so much better if they covered the cold meats and cheese because for example, the spanish ham was very dry and the waiters should be more aware of replacing empty trays, my breakfast got cold whilst i waited for scrambled eggs and i did ask, waiter told me they had to cook it! So i suggest they start cooking when they see its half empty and not when it is empty lol as i say this is just a minor thing, overall it was excellent!

The staff was amazing, polite and super helpful, they make you feel welcomed the moment to step into the hotel. Very relaxing hotel and Sps is one of the best we have gone too around the coast.

Was a bit disappointed with the buffet choice we had paid €40 euros a litrally there was only 4 choices of food and that’s it. Restaurant set menu food was amazing. Was also disappointed as the bar finishes at 12 and there is no music or enough outside space to chill whilst taking a drink.
