Centrally located, nice and clean, friendly staff. Complementary tea and coffee in the room, along with an electric kettle - nice touch! Nice furnishings, comfy bed.

Parking is advertised on the site, but guests are not told in advance that the max height to enter the parking garage is 1,90m. This information is only sent to guests via email after booking is confirmed. Since last minute bookings are non-refundable, a guest can no longer do anything about this. There is a public parking nearby, but no security. Perhaps not at all an issue for regular size cars, but a big problems for vans!

Good breakfast, big rooms with nice and comfortable beds and good bathroom, shopping center just in next building, very polite and helpful staff, possibility to check-out later. Wi-Fi working well and stable.

Air conditioning system is old and working not perfect, but still was able to cool the room when 30 degrees outside. I don't know will it be enough when outside 35 degrees or more, so I think hotel should update this part to more powerful system. No other issues, all other was good.

the hotel team are exceptional, they really make you feel welcome. the restaurant serves excellent food at a very good price.

temperature control in the room was hopeless, we were far too hot and even switching the thermostat off made no difference. the hotel garage is very ‘tight’ if you have a larger car. It’s very easy to damage your car trying to get into the parking bays. the garage costs 15 Euro per day, seems excessive to me. Time to change the background music please, discordant Jazz is not much fun when you can’t get away from it.

The location of the hotel was super convenient with the train and bus station being very close. We also enjoyed the room, and the beds were comfy.

The air conditioning could've been stronger. Also, we only had breakfast once at the hotel, but there could've been more vegan options for food available apart from fruit and bread.

I love the fact that the room has few utilities like desk and minibar, which is great to keep things on it. It was quite spacious and had good lighting except for the views, but you can't ask for everything. Also the location is wonderful and it has near it everything you need, because you are in the middle of the city so you can just take the bus or whatever

I don't like the fact that the room key has to be inserted into the door lock (from inside the room for the room facilities to be working such as light and so on) but I understand that is a method for people not losing the key and it might be efective

Staff were really kind and helpful. Especially when my flight was delayed and luggage lost, they let me check in late and loaned me chargers. Room was very clean and housekeeping were very eager to make up the room daily or at least give me fresh towels. Bike storage was excellent, it’s in a secure location but there are tools and track pumps you can use, and a washing area.

Modern well equipped hotel with sauna/ gymn and parking; excellent breakfast. Very good business hotel but less suited to tourist needs as it is 30' walk to the old town. Fairly close to the railway/ bus station and right next door to a new El Corte Inglès (department store)

Bathroom shower was effective but awkward to get into and manage. The hotel overlooks the railway tracks so you can hear terains ( even through the double glazing) Small reception lounge and bar/ restaurant not very welcoming.

Everything from the room, to the location, and most especially the breakfast it was like a feast Hahhahahhahhaha! There was also coffeemaker with free tea and coffee. Toilet was amazing they provided free toiletries. Everything was perfect in this hotel. The train station was a 10 - 15 minute walk to the hotel.

Nothing as we loved everything about the hotel.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. It was quiet but we were situated near the elevator and that was noisy all night. You could hear the cables going up and down, Location is goof for business and there is one restaurant within walking distance a Pizzeria. Room was clean.

On their booking site they should have said due to COVID that the Sauna and Jacuzzi were not available. I have recently been to another Hotel where they had a pool, sauna and jacuzzi and it was up to the people to use or not use. The sauna and cooling pool was a private session. No where did I see that these facilities were not available or I would have picked a different Hotel. Fist night pricing acceptable 2nd night very expensive. The bath tub was not clean enough to take a bath, shame. People who tavel alot find a clean tub a delight for their weary bones.

The room was amazing. I booked the junior suite. It was very spacious and comfortable, clean and quiet. The interior décor was superb too. My favourite part of the suite was the bathroom where I took a long relaxing bath every night after a long day of touring. Breakfast was very extensive with so many options: warm/cold, local/continental with different fresh juices. Staff was friendly and attended to all my needs. The hotel is quite away from the busy city centre and old town but if you enjoy walking like I do then this is perfect. 10-12 minutes walk to the train station. 20-30 minutes walk to the city centre and old community. Reception was able to arrange a taxi for me at the quickest notice.

Unfortunately there were problem with the Wi-Fi the first two days of stay in the hotel. As a result, Wi-Fi was only available on the ground floor and not in the rest of the hotel. This was very vexing the first two days and diminished the overall experience. Wi-Fi was restored on my final night in the hotel and worked at full capacity without any hinderance. Hopefully this is a one-time unfortunate incidence.
