An average hotel

I was allocated in a dark room facing internal patio with kitchen smells and noises. I don’t think they should allocate people in there. After asking for a room change, I was allocated to a room with a sea view which was much better. There are no clothes rack in the balcony, no even a small fridge, the TV didn’t work because previous guests left it disconnected at the back of TV and the cleaners didn’t notice. The hotel is situated in good location, however at the end of the beach line. The breakfast repetitive with no much choice. Juice from machine tasted weird. Overall, regular experience, rather disappointed.

Very well located, right in front of the beach, decent breakfast and dinner with a view, all the basic amenities.

The interior is not the freshest, but it is still decent. The air conditioning in the room works, but in the hallway it is awfully hot because the aircon external units are inside the building, on the ground floor 🤦 The sound proofing is very poor, so bring your earplugs (but that's the case in many hotels in Ibiza). The blackout curtains are at a distance from the window, so the light gets in, so no total blackout if it is important to you.

Friendly staff, good facilities with access to beach, with an indoor swimming pool, and breakfast included with a view to the beach. Also the room had a small balcony, always helpful to dry beach stuff, clothes, towels. They made the room every single day even if I was not expecting that. Thank you for a great stay and amazing memories in my first visit to Ibiza... I hope to come back to this magical island!!!

It perfectly met my needs. Perhaps the breakfast quality and more options and variety could be improved but not a complain at all. Also, the door in my bedroom needed fixing, which I communicated so I am sure that would be fixed by now.

We read very bad reviews about this hotel but at the time of booking it was our most affordable option. These people commenting bad things are probably super spoiled people who are waiting for someone to feed them with a silver spoon. Staff - excellent. We had late check in and check out - no problem. We even got room upgrade with sea view. They called taxis for us all the time. Let me keep my laptop at reception whenever I went out because it didn’t fit in the safe box and I was worried because we were on 1 floor. Excellent view, food was super good, you can always find anything to eat. A shame that people would comment such horrible things. I highly recommend it to anyone.

Everyone said walls are too thin, maybe sometimes you could hear someone - but I wouldn’t say too thin, normal occasional noise. Quiet area - so we slept quite well.

Staff very friendly and helpful at all times in particular Alicia. Breakfast had a very good range to choose from and plenty of it to see us through the day until tea whilst exploring the island. Rooms were clean and great for the price.

Walls very thin in the building so any noise can easily be heard which we had the first night with a rowdy bunch (as expected in ibiza) However, swiftly sorted by the staff by allowing us to move rooms.

The Hotel was what we hoped it would be. Great location - next to the beach promenade and only a 5 mins walk away from sand beach. Also, only a 15 minutes walk away from the center/port which was very convenient. Good breakfast - the breakfast had almost the same food daily, but for us that wasn't an inconvenience. It was tasty. Fantastic dinner - we paid 10 eur/person for dinner buffer. Every evening there was a different menu and all the food was really tasty. There was always one kind of fish, beef/chicken meat made as a stew or a burger, some sort of potatoes or rice, plus vegetables. The best desserts were the eclairs and the tiramisu. Nice room - we stayed in room 502 and we had a corner view of the sea which was very lovely to look at in the morning or in the evening. Wonderful personnel - Every single person we interacted with, from the reception staff to the restaurant staff and inclusively the hotel director are really nice people always open to help. Transportation - when we arrived we decided to go by bus (which you can grab as you exit the airport terminal) and it was quite cheap. When we left, it was late in the night, the taxis were on strike so the director of the hotel was extremely kind to offer us and another lady who needed to catch the plane, a ride to airport. And please note, the strike wasn't the hotel's responsibility or how we would find our way back to the airport, yet he went the extra mile. All in all, as I mentioned, all the persons we interacted with were very kind, ready to help and facilitate.

A rather small pool - the pool is quite small and the gym is also an okish-sized room, so be aware if you're a very active person. Heating system - it was a bit cold in the room at some point, as we caught a rainy week during our stay, so we turned on the heating system. You need to turn it on from a button on the device first. Then it didn't work from the remote because we needed to make sure the balcony door was completely shut. Which it was. However, after we discussed this at the reception, when we came back it started working, but it takes a little while to heat up. All in all in got solved.0 A suggestion - would be great to have some fresh vegetables options for the breakfast for examples a few carrots/cucumbers. The baked tomatoes with herbs are delicious, by the way.

We loved the staff We loved the location of this hotel it really was front line. The breakfast was very good, something for everyone. The rooms were freshly decorated and the lovely cleaners came in every day.

. . The bathroom lets this room down it is very tired . This hotel is not for light sleepers of which i am one. The walls are paper thin and you can here EVERYTHING. We had a couple above us who were out till 5am and then came back and well... Had a loud prolonged "special cuddle" every night! My husband is a heavy sleeper so it was not a concerrn to him.

the staff were all lovely, from checkin, cleaning staff and restaurant staff especially. Made us feel very welcome. The breakfast buffet was lovely, just a pity that the yoghurt went so early and not refilled. Some guests appeared to take a lot of food but what can you do. The staff were lovely and were always on hand.

Great location and lovely staff who were more than happy to help us change rooms when the initial one did not live up to our expectations. Breakfast was good too!

Room descriptions could be more accurate - although we could partly see the sea from the balcony, our initial 'sea view' room looked directly out onto the side of another building. I would advise to check this when booking.
