Location - so easy to find the hotel, as multiple signs in the town direct to it. We loved the aove breakfast with great selection of olive oils. Walk-in-shower was a great plus as well. Large, thick towels. The personel was helpful and oferred to call us a taxi when it was needed. We could also leave our luggage in the deposit after checking out which was great. It would be really great to have a small fridge in the room but with hielo (ice cubes) available in all shops around it was ok :)

As the temperature was 40 degrees, it was great to have a cool bedroom day and night.
Parking , not available so had to walk to public parking 34 euros for 2 days. Would not have booked as criteria was parking, which they had but couldnt guarantee.

Parking is a problem. With luck, you can find a parking space nearby in the street, somewhere. My very modern and up to date Sat Nav GPS could not find the hotel. The signposted directions were very good.

Staff were really friendly and helpful and location was ideal for the bus station (although uphill!). Breakfast was great and I was able to leave my case until the afternoon after checking out and even charge my phone in the lobby while I waited for my transport. I would definitely stay again if travelling through Jaén.
It would have been good if there was a vending machine available to buy snacks during the night as unfortunately shops were closed by the time I arrived, however the lovely staff did offer me yogurts and fruit.

Very central location. We enjoyed the best room on floor 4 with seating room plus private balcony. City car park nearby at 15.75 Euros per 24 hr charge ideal.

Nice hotel, quiet and comfortable. I arrived two hours before check in due to the train and was very kindly checked in early. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was close to the centre of town. The shower was very good. Would definitely recommend.

The staff is really nice and helpful. The hotel is at a quiet street, easy walking to the center. Reception working 24/7 ready to help.
I kinda didn't like that the bathroom is like an open space with the bedroom. They are separated by a glass wall and door.
