The room we stayed in, a triple room, was spacious and immaculately clean. It provided a cozy and inviting environment for my family's weekend getaway. The en suite bathroom was well-appointed, and the amenities provided ensured a comfortable stay. The air conditioning was perfect for the season, and the satellite TV and free Wi-Fi were much appreciated. The service at Hotel Madrid Centro truly stands out. The reception staff was not only professional but also incredibly friendly and helpful. Their recommendations and assistance with our inquiries added a personal touch to our stay. We felt well taken care of from the moment we arrived.

The hotel's central location, while convenient for sightseeing, also meant that there was a fair amount of noise from the bustling city streets - not a problem for me but light sleepers should know. Thicker soundproofing or better-insulated windows would have made for a quieter and more restful night's sleep.

The Hotel was modern but the ambiance feels boutique like- homely and friendly. On check-in, Jonathan presented so happy and cheerful attending to guests, he was very helpful and accommodating. Our room smelt clean and fresh. WiFi was accessible inside and outside the hotel (like literally accessible within the nearest shop) The breakfast was unexpectedly exceptional for a continental breakfast. The gym facility was good, gym equipment were updated. The location was perfect for any purpose. Appreciated the discounted parking fee, considering the additional cost for parking in the city.

We requested a double bed, we are given 2 single bed, adjoined together, but was separating, not suitable for any couple alike (new and old).

Very clean, great location, fabulous breakfast. The staff worked out it was my son's birthday and left a bottle of Cava and small cake in the room which was a fantastic gesture and my son was delighted. Taxis are very good value, Set price from airport to centre 30Eu, 3 of us so very good value. Word of warning about the train station. You have to fill in passport details and go through security, very time consuming and we missed the train to Toledo. So taxi to bus depot and easy bus ride and cheaper than train. Brilliant trip.

Air conditioming didn't seem very efficient.

Clean and good size basic room. Perfect location, right in the centre. All tourist attractions are within walking distance. Great selection for breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. There was no kettle nor a mini fridge- this was not a surprise as it was mentioned in room's description.

Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The location could hardly have been better! The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Facilities were shared with another Hotel a few doors down and the dining room was approached by different elevators and staircases which was rather confusing at first!

Very clean, best area if you looking to be close to main touristic attractions shops and restaurants. Amazing breakfast, had a family room Withwith bunk bed.

Woud have been perfect if the room would have had balcony and aircon, there is a system cooling/ heatig but doesn't seem to work.

The hotel was in a great location. The room was of ample size. The bathtub was very long and big. At first I was given the wrong room, but once I asked for it to bed changed, I was given the correct one. The elevators were fast and they had two.

The entrance had stairs, so I was a bit cumbersome bringing up luggage. They do have a wheelchair elevator, but I did not know how to operate it. Also, they could use a ramp in front of the building for rolling luggage.

Great location. The rooms are simple and spacious. We had a room with windows to the back of the building so it was quiet. I imagine a room facing the main road will be very noisy. Simple but good breakfast. Great Wi-Fi. Would recommend!

Very comfortable room and excellent breakfast. Just steps away from Plaza España and its Metro station, and within walking distance from the historic center.

Gran Via can get very busy and loud. There is no load and unloading luggage area - the bus lane in front of the hotel makes getting in and out of a car a challenge. Not a problem if you’re using public transportation.
