Hotel Zeus

1.Location close to city centre yet away from hustle and bustle. 2. Cosy room with all requirements, comfortable bed and pillows, great shower, TV with news channels in English, hairdryer, magnifying mirror. 3. I asked for a quiet room and was delighted that my sleep was never disturbed. 4. Spotless 5. Kind and friendly staff

Lack of tea/coffee making anywhere in hotel. It is a bed only hotel. I knew this from reviews before I booked so was prepared. Nevertheless on 6th of Jan when cafe across the road was closed I had to walk some distance to get a warm drink.

This was a good Hotel, in a good location. Very clean. The Staff were always pleasant and helpful at any time of the day or night. The room was very modern.. The breakfast was good with cereal, fruit, hot or cold food. It was a 5 minute walk at the Don Paco Hotel, round the corner. The Hotel is a 10 minute walk from Marie Zambranco Train Station and the Bus Station is beside it. 4 euro's to the airport by bus. The member of Staff at the reception allowed me to leave .my luggage at reception, as my flight didn't leave to later on that evening. When I come back to Malaga next year, I will stay here again.

Rooms are very clean and well put together. Easy access to and from the building with plenty of lobby space to sit down should you need. Breakfast is very well priced for ample buffet, although this is contained in the nearby hotel of the same chain a short 5 minute walk.

The hotel is not in the greatest location, although close to Malaga Maria Zambrano train station. It is a 30 minute walk into the city centre through not the best neighbourhood. However this does not overly take away from the consideration of such a hotel

This hotel is described as "functional". It absolutely is, but what does that mean? It means that there is a very neat, clean and efficient check in desk with a great person to great you. We left our luggage too whilst our room was being prepared. The room is small. But it is clean. The beds are firm. There is everything you need. The shower and bathroom are very clean and everything works very well. The breakfast is at a different hotel, which we did not expect. The coffee there is very average, so we just picked one up "to go" at the very good coffee shop on the corner between Zeus and the breakfast hotel. If you're eating like the Spanish do, breakfast is pretty decent. What I would consider "British" breakfast food is very average indeed, but hey, you're in Spain, so eat like the Spanish!

There is no view. This was absolutely expected though. The window looked out on to a metal staircase.

EXCELLENT HOTEL . REALLY QUIET LOCATION . QUIET HOTEL FOR A GOOD NIGHTS SLEEP. FRIENDLY STAFF. VERY COMFORTABLE . EXCELLENT SHOWER. EXCELLENT LIGHTING ESPECIALLY THE BEDSIDE READING LIGHTS -BEST I HAVE ENCOUNTERED FOR READING . PLENTY OF CAFES AND STORES WITHIN EASY WALKING DISTANCE. GOOD CITY MAP FREE IN RECEPTION (BETTER THAN THE FREE TOURIST INFORMATION OFFICE MAPS). GOOD SAFE IN ROOM. GOOD TELEVISION . COMFY BED AND EASY CHAIR. VERY VERY CLOSE TO TRAIN AND BUS STATIONS- AROUND 7 MINUTES WALK . AND ABOUT 15 MINUTES WALK TO CALLE LARIOS AND THE OLD TOWN PLACES OF INTEREST . WOULD FOR SURE STAY AGAIN .

We arrived in the early hours off a delayed flight and the night porter was ready at the desk with our paperwork all ready for check-in. Our rooms were spotless, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious, and the shower was fabulous. We were all given double rooms on single status. The rooms were well sound proofed so nice and quiet The location of the hotel was perfect for the city centre, train and bus transport links and the beach. The location was quiet,and there was a great little cafe across the road that opened at 7am.

This is only a 2-star hotel, but it might have been nice to have a bar/ cafe as part of the hotel. I didn't feel the air con heating/ cooling system was working well. The towels were a bit threadbare.

Location - just a five-minute walk from the bus station and Maria Zambrano train station. And a pleasant ten-minute walk to the city centre. Room - very clean and comfortable with all the facilities you'd expect. Overall, hotel looked super clean. Reception staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast is served at a sister hotel (the Don Paco) a three-minute walk away. Good value at six euros and comprising croissants, rolls, cereals, fruit, cold meats and cheese - and some hot food.

Nothing really. I really enjoyed my two stays there at the start and end of a week's holiday. Would very happily return.

A comfortable modern hotel, spacious room, and the lift outside my room was the quietest one in all the hotels I have stayed at. Nice big shower, and powerful too. The room had a ceiling fan and AC. Breakfast is not in the hotel but it is a 4 minute walk away in their sister hotel. Breakfast buffet was lovely, with a coffee machine, juices, freshly baked croissants, palmiers, bread, muffins, baguette, meat, hard boiled egg, yogurt, fruit, scrambled egg, beans, frankfurters It is a 15-20 walk to the centre and 7 minutes walk to Málaga María Zambrano train station, which is where I got the train to the airport.

The only thing that didnt work very well for me was the wifi, I kept losing connection, I had to stand by the door for better connection or use my phone's data.

Room was lovely and clean, comfy bed. I chose here because it was close to bus and train station and my time in malaga was limited so needed that convenience and it was great, only a short stroll to both. Excellent location for that reason. I had a few hours in malaga at the end and it was also only a 15 min stroll to centre, not central but a nice stroll al the same not at all inconvenient. Worked well for me.

Coffee or tea making facilities on the premises,,either in room or in the common areas would be a very nice touch.
