Concepcio by Nobis, Palma, a Member of Design Hotels

Amazing stay! From the moment we arrived on our honeymoon to the moment we left, we were treated to the most lovely personal hospitality by the wonderful staff at Concepcio. The hotel itself is stunning - 16th Century vaulted ceilings in the restaurant and bar....the private pool and pool area felt so plush and exclusive, we ended up spending most of our time on the sunbeds reading books and enjoying the food and drink. The location is fantastic, an upmarket and quiet area of Central Palma. I cannot recommend the hotel highly enough.

The concept. interior and attention to detail . The staff are superb. excellent customer service and care. The breakfast was amazing. Fresh, interesting, healthy and good assortments. lovely coffee. An abundance of fresh fruit. Do try the Olive bread. Location is brilliant. Trendy with good vibe. Loved it

Loft bedrooms are to be avoided. We asked to move as made me feel claustrophobic. Then we were in room at the top of hotel which was directly under the main hotel air conditioning unit.. Great room but noisy!. Check your room choice.

Location was perfect. Everything was only a 15 min walk away maximum. On the day we left we were allowed to continue using the facilities after checking out. The use of the gym shower before getting the flight was also really nice to freshen up after sitting by the pool in the sun all day.

The bar man at the pool got very busy during lunch and was often getting ice or food. During those times I feel having two people, one manning the bar and one running the food and drinks, would have been better.

The hotel is located in the centre of old town Palma which is great for exploring. The decor of the hotel is stunning. The hotel has nice facilities that include a beautiful pool area and gym. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The hotel provides a super breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food we had at the hotel was a definite highlight.

The rooms are a little on the small side and have poor lighting. It would be nice for the rooms to have coffee / tea making facilities. The pool is not heated and is very cold.

Loved this hotel - from start to finish the whole experience of staying there was exceptional. The hotel team went above and beyond every day - ensuring my birthday stay was very special. The property itself is absolutely stunning - our room overlooked the pool and in my opinion was the best room with the most beautiful view. The pool area is gorgeous and the food in the restaurant is great.

They had a private party in the restaurant and hotel lounge area on one of the days - it was quite loud and they were doing karaoke. Luckily we found it quite amusing but I don't think some of the other guests did!

We loved everything, the location, the hotel decor, it was comfortable and the staff were so friendly. The breakfast were amazing. We stayed here for a special birthday and the hotel made it special for us. The facilities in the room from shampoo and conditioner to a steamer were just fab things to have. I particularly like the chrome cast option on the TV too, so we could stream from our phone and watch films etc.

Loved this place at the heart of Palma. The rooms were very clean. Staff were super friendly and accommodative. I also enjoyed their breakfast and coffee.

The property has no parking. So if you are coming with a car, you would need to park in a public parking and walk to the facility (approx 7min). Also the entrance allows no cars, unless you’re a resident. So you will not be able to offload your bags in front of the property. But rest assured that the staff were very helpful to mitigate this hurdle.

Location great for City centre. The entire staff were very professional and super friendly. Catherine welcomed us like lost friends and could not have been a better hostess. I can remember all the names but the serving staff were perfect, Mai (Margaret) being one I remember but all were lovely, a great team. Thank you.

Lovely warm and friendly staff. Room was a decent size as was the en-suite, all the facilities you need for a weekend away. The location was really good once you worked out how to use the smaller routes to get to the locations rather than the main roads. Breakfast buffet was exceptional, I didn't use any of the cooked food options. the bar and staff were friendly in the evening for a nightcap, we never used the restaurant so cannot comment

The scrapping of moving furniture on the floors got a bit tiresome, especially in the middle of the night

Everything about this hotel is fantastic. The rooms are done to an incredibly high standard, the food and the facilities are excellent, the staff are some of the friendliest I have ever come across. We were made to feel very at home throughout our stay. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Palma.
