Hotel Es Port

So beautiful place. Fantastic breakfast, super nice pool and spa area. Great view from the room overlooking the mountains. The location was super. It is just a few minutes walk to the seaside with nice beach, restaurants and shops. I give my highest recommendation.

Most of the time all of the sun beds by the pool where reserved with towels and only approximately 25% actually used. I think the staff should do something about this - like remove the towels if the bed has not been used for 30-60 minutes…

My partner and I had a lovely stay at this hotel, which is on walking distance from the beach of Port de Soller. The historical building and the green environment make for a cozy athmosphere. The room was spacious, very clean and had all needed facilities. The breakfast was excellent and had all you can possibly wish for. There is a large swimming pool with an abundance of sun beds, as well as a wellness area with indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and hammam to relax after a hike. Moreover, the private car park, which was free of charge, is very handy. Lastly, the hotel's staff was very friendly and made us feel at home. I can 100% recommend this hotel. Not the cheapest hotel in the area, but it was totally worth it.

10/10 hotel! The whole site was fantastic, we loved our stay here. The location is perfect, as a short walk to the beach, whilst the pool facilities were great if we wanted to have a day of chilling out. Our room had a wonderful terrace where we were able to sit and have a drink before going out for our evening, so this was a real bonus. The buffet breakfast was unbelievable, so many options. Probably the best we've had in Mallorca.

The pool was unexpectedly closed, with no reason on one of our days. However, we just used the indoor spa pool and sat in the garden instead, which ended up being a great back up option.

The hotel exceeded our expectations, set in a central location within the resort, but tucked away so you felt as if your where in the countryside. Just beautiful. If you like being close to a resort centre, in a stunning unique hotel, look no further.

Only a couple of minus points and I’m being really picky. We were in historic part of the hotel (a must in my opinion) but this came at the cost of having no private balcony or terrace. However our room was only a stone throw from outdoor seating area. Air con in our room wasn’t as powerful as expected, we were in the middle of a heatwave so more noticeable.

Staff very helpful and organised. Outdoor pool is excellent and there and the terraced gardens provide lots of areas to sit and relax in space. Indoor pool and sauna facility also very good. Breakfast was very organised and the food quality is excellent.

it’s a little thing but … we like to sit on the balcony in the evening, however no wine glasses in the rooms despite wine in the mini bar. Was told this was a policy of the hotel and to use the water glasses… was quite a challenge to get management to agree to provide seems a little petty for such a fantastic hotel.

Amazing grounds to relax in and enjoy - loads of different spaces to read, sunbathe, have a drink and relax. Tables and chairs under olive trees. Shaded beach chairs. Sun loungers by the pool. Perfect. Location also perfect and 20 seconds from beachfront and restaurants. Also Puerto Soller has incredible (seriously amazing) hiking trails straigjt from hotel and no maps required. Anything from an easy 5k flat stroll, to 40k loops in the mountains.

Rooms are quite basic (though I can live with this). AC was very odd and didn’t work when we stayed in April (turning it on just led to very hot air being emitted). Breakfast hours too short (finishes at 10:15am), and needs more finesse for hot food, as the hot stuff isn’t great.

An absolute pleasure of a stay. Entire hotel and it's surroundings were designed and kept in a way that respected the history of the building. Wonderful room, wonderful staff at the reception. Pool area nicely done with little hassle or colors, modern and fits the environment.

We could hear everything in the suite next to us, especially in the bathroom. It was a bit dark in the room, and restaurant staff wasn't the friendliest, even a bit rude during dinner. The food left a little to be desired as well (breakfast was great, though)

Beautiful hotel set in lush green gardens. Close to the shops restaurants and beach. Staff are very professional friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good with great variety of choices. The pool area is quiet and the setting is relaxing with a great pool bar for lunch or drinks and snacks. The on site restaurant Sa Figuera is well worth a visit. Again lovely settling with beautiful good. Staff were very accommodating and communication was excellent when my husband explained he required a gluten free meal. The best meal he had all week. This was our 3rd visit to EsPort and we have been visiting Puerto Soller for many years. This hotel is definitely our favourite and we can't wait to return.

This year was the third year we stayed at hotel Es Port and we will most certainly return another time A very nice hotel with friendly and service-minded staff, great facilities and a superb location, and very reasonably priced.

But, grumpy boomers like myself may consider to plan their stay outside of the school holiday season - 20-25 kids in the pool area have a significant impact 😊

Great surroundings - great and a hotel luxury decoration style. The bar is amazing and cozy.

The double bed should have been mounted so the 2 single beds could not separate - but it was a very minor issue. Else everything was perfect
