The location was wonderful and peaceful, perfect for our group (friends joined us in the same hotel). The staff were so helpful and welcoming even though they didn't speak much English - Google Translate helped us all :) The food was great, breakfast lovely too and set out very nicely. Rooms were spacious (we had a suite with terrace and the separate apartment), the terraces were big with lovely views. Pool was huge, plenty of sun loungers.

I can't find anything to complain about!

Location was great for exploring the region. Staff was reponsive to our needs. The rooms were charming and the view lovely. The nearby village of St Eulália was fun to explore with welcoming resodents and great local busonesses and restaurants. I recommend the bakery and butchershop!

There was nothing to dislike.

The place is secluded, surrounded by nature and off the main road that leads to Santa Eulalia. Loads of activities available on the spot (petanque, badminton, bikes, ping-pong, etc) as well as a pool and a jacuzzi. There is also a nice library with dvds, books, board games... The staff was very attentive and available throughout the day. The food was delicious.

Beautiful location, very peaceful and quiet. The Hotel is located in a historical mansion from early 1900's with many details left intact like the portraits of the family that had it built as a countryhouse. There even is a consagrated chapel in the mansion that remains in it's original state. There is a lovely saltwater pool and you can book a massage therapist. We had the "Amos" bedroom which translates as "The Master's Bedroom" and it was perfect. Very spacious, big terrace with great views, huge windows and doors and beautiful ensuite bathroom with bathtub. Also very nice that you can make a cup of tea in your room. The staff from the restaurant..Merche and Oscar...well, what can I say; Emanating sympathy and willingness to fulfill every wish. We had a very good dinner, everything prepared with so much attention and detail and with many wonderful homemade goodies. A breakfast basket served to our room in the morning to have on our private terrace. Again every detail prepared with loving attention and adapted to our wishes. This is a genuine hidden paradise that we can really recommend and we are sure to return as often as we can!

We liked everything but would like to give a few suggestions for improvement. First is the bed, there is a very good futon on it but the supporting mattress is a bid too soft so it feels like you roll out of the bed if you are close to the edge. Second, it is really great that there is a facility to make a cup of tea so why not provide some instant coffe sachets also? Also a small low salon table would be nice to add to the room, there is plenty of space for it. And third, we noticed that the building needs some maintenance but we understand that must have been hard after the complicated past 15 months, so really no complaints at all here. Could have had a better air con as it apartment did get quite warm.

The only things I didn't like in the room was the too-soft bed and the glass basin setup where water sloshed out if you turn the tap on hard and things could slide off and break. Also the surrounding food options, apart from Bar Miquel, are not very hospitable or friendly. Maybe it's something related to the pandemic, but it doesn't encourage us to come back.

Really big comfy room with lovely sunny private terrace. Nice dining room with fire & terrace. Owners very friendly and helpful, serving beakfast early for our working hours.

Beautiful place to visit, house gorgeous and great big pool. Staff really go out their way to make it good for you. Great food and wine.

Beautiful house and swimmingpool in a lovely and quite location. The owner and all of the staff really went out of their way to make everything nice for us. The food is excellent. We really enjoyed it and are definitely planning to go back.

Facility is not great for children. We would like it to be a place for adults only.
