Staff were very friendly and helpful, clean apartment, very central, just a short walk to the beach.

Was a bit loud for me being central, folks coming back late from the pub were loud passing apartment at all hours. If you're a light sleeper I don't recommend it, if not it's an ideal location :)

lots of noise at night with people coming in from clubs banging doors and moving furniture they also spat and cleared their noses in the pool loud music staff did come out from bar to tell them to behave but was short lived, we had no sleep the first 3 nights

The apartment exceeded my expectations and was excellent value for money. Definitely recommend a sea view apartment. It was very clean, spacious, quiet and had everything we needed. Laundry room available too. Pool area was lovely. Poolside bar served excellent food. Staff were really friendly and very helpful. Thoroughly recommend these apartments. Only 2 minutes walk from the beach. Restaurants directly outside. Santa Ponsa is a lovely resort. Handy to Palma - 20 mins on the bus. We also travelled to Magaluf for the Pirates Adventure - thoroughly recommended - and to Andratx market. Public transport excellent.

We had a kitchen comfortable beds clean apartment on the whole and enjoyed the pool and help/friendliness of the staff. They were attentive (even to the point for finding beach toys so we didn’t have to buy them), helpful (always able to provide more towels and sheets) and we will be returning for sure. Rooms 105/106 are right next to the pool and it’s not loud at all even being at street level with all the late night venues nearby. We also made use of the laundry room which for 7.50 euros you can wash and dry a full family of fours 6 days worth of laundry within an hour and a half (going home with clean laundry was awesome, not to mention packing clean clothes instead of dirty). Outside the door of the hotel is the large concentration of restaurants and bars, the one restaurant on the right of the hotel entrance (facing it) has an awesome customisable breakfast for 5 euros and has the bonus of having fresh produce (figs and giant delicious tomatoes) from joannas own farm (definitely get the fried tomatoes).

The location was spot on. The swimming pool was very nice. The air conditioner worked very well. Excursions offered by the hotel is worth booking.

The room was not cleaned properly. There were broken glass pieces in the room.

I spent nine nights here on the eighth floor, with a sea view room. Facilities are basic but clean, with a lounge and kitchenette, bathroom with power shower, and twin beds. Large balcony looking down on Santa Ponsa was a real plus. Air conditioning worked well which was needed, especially for the bedroom. No restaurant on property but there is a good little supermarket a few steps away as well as a good choice of places to eat.

Property is multi level with terraces at levels 3/7 so accessing the eighth floor required three different lifts, which sometimes took a bit of time. The hotel is surrounded by bars which, once they reopen as Covid restrictions are lifted, will probably generate quite a bit of noise, so this is unlikely to remain the quiet haven I experienced it to be. Four men checked into the room next door just before I left, which then highlighted how thin the interior walls are. So just be aware of that.

Amazing location, in the middle of everything. Staff were all so lovely and very helpful. The apartment was spotless, couldn't fault it at all. Highly recommended.

I hate even complaining about this because we loved our stay here. We had a sea view apartment and we had to get 3 elevators up to get to it on the 6th floor. The elevators are very small and very slow so it's annoying to get to you apartment. It still didn't ruin our stay though, everything else made up for it.

location bang in centre, loads of space in room and nice decor wouldnt fault it. not strict with being own drink etc to pool, so calm and relaxing. staff were so friendly.

had to book cleaners for every other day as they don’t come everyday. minor details tho were able to get towels and sheets from reception as and when needed. pool bar only opened on our last day as we stayed early in summer so advised if wanting a pool bar to stay in July. however a bar downstairs just at door of hotel we were able to get drinks from there and take to pool

It was like having a little apartment in town. It was so clean. The cleaning staff were amazing and so friendly as were the reception people The Kitchenette was perfect with kettle toaster full size fridge and a little hob. All crockery and pans that were needed and a cute little washing liquid and cleaning pack The bathroom was very modern The bedroom had perfect size wardrobe and beds were comfy even has air conditioning!

Small single lifts 🫣 Although so clean the hotel and the rooms have a musky smell. Prob because it’s not aired out through the winter And the aircon gave off a strange smell If it didn’t smell musky I’d have given it a 10 It’s very good value for money

View to the bay, very nice sofa, light and clean room.

Weak soundproof, down the street very noisy zone with bars.
