Hotel was centrally located slap bang in the middle of the Old Town and we were looked after very well by the wonderfully friendly and helpful hotel staff. Hotel rooftop pool and bar overlooking the city was a bonus and a nice way to relax after some site seeing.

Large pillar in the centre of our bedroom made it difficult to navigate the room at times because provided us was quite small. Also, there was no mirror in the bedroom at all just one in the bathroom which made if difficult when we were getting ready. Some necessary works/improvements were being made on the rooftop bar which at times was loud and distracting. N.B We didn't mind and we were aware before travelling but because of the hotel location it is impossible for taxis to pick up and drop off right outside the hotel. Its just a short walk through the narrow streets to the car pulling your luggage each time, just something to be aware of.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. It is within walking distance of all the major sights and because it's in a pedestrianised zone, its quiet too. The rooms were beautifully decorated and the bathrooms were just fabulous with a huge walk in shower and plenty of lovely toiletries. The roof terrace has stunning views across the city roof tops, and the pool is a bonus, although we never used it on this occasion. The main positive for this hotel however is the wonderful team at reception who really made our stay extra special. Such genuine, helpful, professional staff who all went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed.

If I had to find something it would be the size of the room, although beautiful, there wasn't a seating area as we had thought.

Loved the location and the quiet calm of the reception area. Loved the style and decor. The staff were lovely and always eager to please. My wife speaks Spanish, so language wasn't a problem, but all the staff spoke excellent English anyway. We didn't try the breakfast as there are so many lovely bars and cafes nearby. The pool was a lovely cool temperature when it was over 30 degrees on the roof terrace.

Not enough sunbeds on the roof terrace. We didn't go up there at night, so we don't know whether the bar was used, but maybe less bar area and more sunbathing area would be a better use of space.

Room was spotless as was the entire hotel including the rooftop bar and the pool is excellent as Seville is hot !, The Hotel is in a perfect location with all site seeing within a walkable distance. Breakfast was excellent but over priced at 20 Euro per person each day so make sure it is included in the room price

The only negative was the price via Booking.com. The average price per person per night at various times in the year is in the region of 220 euro's with breakfast included, however maybe because of changes to our booking dates I was charged approx 300 euro's per person without a breakfast, so I would suggest an alternative hotel may be better value if you're paying 300.

From where should I start? the staff absolutely friendly, the decoration was stunning, the room totally amazing and a mix between Andalucia and a modern touch, full of amities, silent and clean at the detail. The pool its so nice (don´t expect a swimming pool in the middle of the city..) was more than enough and with all needed to chill. Bartender absolutely cool and funny, nice food, drinks and lovely spaces. Also Taxis are at 2min walk.. so all super easy. Added, in the surrounding of the hotel are plenty of bars and small shops to hang around. Also pricewise, totally worth it.. I mean, I travel every week from one place to another in all the territory and this hotel is the best I have ever been together with another Chain that I love to (RM).

The hotel is in a delightful and vibrant location in the old part of the city within easy walk of Cathedral. The bedroom was very comfortable with great art work, double shower and a coffee machine. The staff super friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. finally the refreshing plunge pool provided much needed relief on the hot sunny afternoons.

It was sometimes difficult to obtain shade on the terrace and there are too few sunbeds. Daily water bottle refill in room would also be welcome.

Everything about the property was spot-on. The staff were incredibly helpful and proactive and all of the food and beverage was on point. Rooms are modern, spacious and well equipped. The pool area was a huge bonus although frankly it was too hot for us to spend much time there even into the evening!

I don’t suggest the location is for everybody as you do need to be able to walk with your luggage approximately 50 m from any taxi drop-off due to it being located in the middle of a pedestrian area. That said almost every good at hotel in the area is within these pedestrianised area is so you’ll be hard pushed to find a hotel that doesn’t require something similar.

Location is very central for the historic monuments and the shopping centres. Staff were all super helpful and spoke excellent English. Our room was lovely, on the third floor with a ceiling fan, coffee machine, spacious bathroom and huge shower. Bed was extremely comfortable and the towels were large and the breakfast buffet had lots of choice each day.

The town centre can be noisy so you need to keep the window closed at night but there is air con. Some of the hot food at breakfast wasn't very hot but there was lots of choice so it didn't matter hugely.

The location is fantastic - right in the middle of old town. The decor is lovely - very modern but with elements of traditional pieces. The pool top bar is lovely and was a welcome escape from the heat too, which was unusual for old town. The staff were also lovely and helpful both on reception and in the dining areas We would absolutely recommend to stay here and would return in the future!

The only slight negative was that there was only a handful of sunbeds on the pool top terrace due to space. We were pretty lucky to get them out of season but would imagine it's quite a battle in the summer months.

The hotel is well located in the heart of Sevilla, very close to all attractions. The staff was super friendly and helpful with good advice on bars and restaurants. Breakfast was good, the bedroom was small but charming and the bathroom was big. The pool on the roof is a plus after long sunny and warm days

The only problem I see is the pool area where there are not enough beds or even seats for everyone. Also one had to go back to the lobby to get towels because staff up there start rather late, this was annoying.
